Paul was knowledgeable, friendly, and got the job done quickly.
I've 3 appts. with Fix-it 24/7 and found them to be outstanding. I have seen a furnace cleaned as thoroughly as they did mine. They did NOT vacuum. They took the pieces out and washed them with a hose. Same with AC - took it apart. Found that my coils in the furnace are rusty and educated me as to why. I learned a lot from their workers. My service technician was Shane Marberry,he arrived as scheduled. He was very professional and knowledgeable at his job. He went right to work and did a complete inspection of my furnace and air-condition systems. I found him very up front and honest about his findings, and very helpful in my options to resolve any issues that I had. I would highly recommend the Fix-It 24/7 company for any of your heating,air-conditioning or plumbing needs.

Zach H. was extremely helpful when my pilot light went out on my gas water heater on a Sunday. He arrived well before the expected time and his expertise and knowledge about water heaters was vast. He was able to re-light the pilot and restore hot water to me and my family within a couple of minutes. They do everything. I had my air-conditioner cleaned and tuned up, my furnace tuned up and inspected and my water tank flushed clean and inspected. They have technicians that specialize in each appliance. They are very professional and clean too. I also had an electronic air filter added to my furnace. Great job! Dustin with Fix it 24-7 came out to look at a furnace that was having issues. He was able to figure out the problem quickly and only charged me the $39.99 fee as quoted. The woman who booked my appointment was amazing. Super friendly tone and I must say her customer service skills were amazing. Roy Shull was my plumber. I was confused about what needed to be done for my new washer to be hooked up. Roy spoke to Lowe’s Management for me and got the job done. So let me preface this review by saying this: if your on the fence about having kids, let me tell you how Jerel with Fix-It 24/7 saved the day.
Currently I'm almost 9months pregnant and pretty miserable due to the fact that at the moment I feel like a small whale and have a mean waddle like a south pole penguin going on, so when I woke up on Friday and it was freezing in my house, I was NOT a happy camper.
Thankful my sweet husband called Fix-it 24/7 and they were able to squeeze us in that afternoon.
Jerel was amazing and spent time trouble shooting what our issue was. At first we thought the issue stemmed from the motor, but he quickly determined that the real issue was something else entirely. After cleaning out a drain to make sure it wasn't clogged, Jerel determined that something was wrong with our exhaust system. The "blockage" whatever it was, was causing the furnace to shut off to keep harmful gases from entering our home since it was unable to escape through the vent.
After attempting to thaw the frozen pipes, we assumed it was just a large chuck of ice that was causing the blockage. Turns out, after putting a pipe snake down the exhaust to try to loosen it, we had a little surprise when piles.... and I mean piles.... of rocks started falling down in heaping loads. As my 2.5 year old watched all this unfold he looked right at me and said "I broke it!"
Seriously, it was if he'd built a Rock Cairn and decided the safest place to keep it was in an unassuming pipe on the side of our house. I kid you not, some were so large I am not sure how he managed to get them in there. Now I know, if he's playing and its too quiet, its NEVER a good sign.
The quick and efficient work that Jerel did to help us out will not be forgotten. He kindly allowed me to go from complete shock to hysterical laughter without judging while he fixed us up and got the heat pumping again. He even took a rock as a parting gift from my son all in good fun.

Great experience! I have a rental property that had some plumbing issues over Christmas and I was out of town. I told my tenants to call a local plumber, and they selected “Fix It 24/7” because they found a coupon. They got the issue resolved quickly and my tenants were happy as was I- no worries over the holiday!
When I returned to Denver, my tenant mentioned that there was a credit for a future service, so I called to see if I could use it to get my furnace serviced as I had not had it done in the Fall when I usually did. They immediately sent Nick up and he found my blower was going bad. My furnace is 15 years old, and this was an expensive part, but I moved forward with the fix. Now- my furnace is in the attic of my home. No clue why the builders chose that inconvenient place, but it is above my guest bathroom and NOT easy to get to! Nick was up and down several times and took pictures of all the sensor readings as well as some parts that were showing some wear. Unfortunately, my story does not end there, but it does have a happy ending! My furnace started faltering in early April. I woke up to a 58 degree house one morning, and called Fix It 24/7 to come back out. My poor furnace had another part start to go that was going to be another $800, so I had Nick set up a quote for a new furnace and central air system, as both were original with the house.
Ben came out and walked me through a great sales presentation. I am a corporate sales trainer, and appreciate solid selling skills and can usually sniff out insincerity. I ended up moving forward with Fix It 24/7 with a new furnace, central air unit and hot water heater (my water heater was also original to the house- 16 years old and a 10 year life limit, so I chose to take care of it before I had a corroded water explosion.)
They sent out 3 guys Saturday before Easter Sunday to work on everything. I had Brian B. And Matt as my furnace and central air installers, and Paul as my plumber for the water heater. All three gentlemen were professional, efficient, and cleaned up every speck of dust, insulation and trash before leaving. Brian (I think) took some extra time after a very long day of climbing around in a dusty, insulation filled attic to go over and train me on my new WiFi thermostat and answer questions.
The entire crew was outstanding from start to finish! Thank you Nick! You were honestly the start of it all with your great service and honesty in helping me deal with my problem. Because of the great service I received back in January, I called Fix It 24/7 back for a huge sale and install. Fix It 24/7 may not be the cheapest I could have gone with, but the salesman Ben spoke with his manager, and they credited me back part of the cost of the blower I paid for and used from January to March. I now have a dependable furnace, water heater and central air unit which I have honestly never had before! Peace of mind means a lot! Chris came the whole way to Bailey to perform a 38-point cleaning & adjustment on my furnace. Even before starting, he asked me what I was expecting today.
