Brian came out to check our Rinnai water unit. It wasn't working properly. He cleaned it, flushed it and had him install a unit to keep our pipes clear of all the buildup they can get in them. He cleaned up and everything was good, we thought. We used the shower and had a horrible noise coming from the unit. We didn't know what happened. I called right away and Brian returned the next day to check it out. As soon as he heard it, he knew what it was. The motor should be on a little track and when he cleaned it evidently didn't get it on the track . He fixed it right away and OMG it runs so quiet now we can hardly tell it's on. We will ALWAYS ask for Brian to come out when we need anything again.

I just want to say how happy I was with everyone involved with Fix-it 24/7. From the first phone call with Melissa to schedule a cleaning to everyone who came to our home. David went above and beyond with cleaning. He worked very hard on trying to get a 25 year old furnace as clean as possible. Unfortunately it was beyond cleaning ( I figured it probably had seen it's best days) and we had to get a new furnace. While waiting For Ben, David even asked if he could help us out with anything around the house. Great guy! Then Ben Bowen came right away and showed us our options and was so nice and informative. Really impressed with both David and Ben. By 2:30 the next day we had our furnace up and running by Nathan and ( I think Rick). What a great job was done by all! Nick came on the same day I called which was on a Saturday. Winter who answered the phone gave me 4 hour window he would be here. When Nick arrived he was polite, explained well the problem the furnace was having the future problems that could happen. He went for the part that needed to be replaced, cleaned the dust out, made sure all was working, left his cell phone number with me. He did a good job. From the first interaction with Chelsea, I knew we were in good hands. My husband and I woke up to a leaking water heater and we in a panic. Chelsea assured us she would sent someone right away. Nick did a great job working on my furnace! He found some old parts and howes them to me explaining what they should be doing and what they were doing. My furnace is old, so Nick took the time to walk me through some tips to keep it clean and answered all my questions! Great guy! As a single, unmarried, and older woman (61) who has not needed to have anyone come into my home for major repairs of anything now for a number of years, I was extremely cautious who I selected. I hadn't read any of the reviews here at all nor at BBB website. My experience with Fix-It 24/7 and Andy and Connor both in particular was nothing but spectacular. The technician was great, very courteous, helpful, friendly my issue is with the way you guys run the business. I was charged a lot of money for him to just even come to the house and then before even attempting any sort of effort I was charged another major sum of money for literally 3 minutes of him plunging my toilet with a longer Ruder than I had. To be charged 80 something dollars for literally 2 minutes of plunging my toilet on top of a fee for just walking up to my door I feel was a complete rip-off. If you would have tried the simple basic maneuver first and once that did not work and more Diagnostic and work was needed I could understand the extra charge. Joe and his fellow installer Jimmy did a great job on installing my new furnace. They were very courteous and kept me informed about the progress along the way. It was a difficult installation requiring cutting and replacement of ductwork to insure a proper fit and to avoid having to cut existing tile on my floor they requested another furnace with a smaller footprint but with the same capacity. Although this made the installation take more time it was worth it because it made for a cleaner looking install. I would highly recommend the two installers again and Fix-it 24/7 overall. We had our furnace inspected and it was discovered that it would need to be replaced. Our tech Nick was very thourogh in his explanation, showed us videos of the unit and the issues it had. They offered to service the unit as best as they could, but recommended replacing it. We decided to join their club for the added benefit of servicing and quick response. About a week later our hot water heater went down. We called them at 7am, we had an appointment scedualed for that same day! The tech arrived around 9 am. The unit needed to be replaced, they were able to do it that same day! We were back up and running with a new unit by the early evening. Great service!!! I really felt that a 2nd opinion was necessary, I felt uneasy with diagnoses given, and further checking into causes of the problem was a good idea, it was very uncomfortable to be so cold in the house, the sooner it was fixed the better, so the new furnace was here waiting and it was the fastest solution, the installers were very willing to hold up on install for a 2nd opinion, I should have done that to feel certain of what the problem really was! However a new CO would delay inspection 1 or 2 days, and it was darn cold, since this was all ready to be installed, I gave in to my own better judgement and went ahead with this! I have been assured that the American Standard is a good furnace, it is over priced, here, time will tell! I have all good things to comment about the installers they were very efficient, courteous and willing to accommodate all concerns, a good crew, Marshall was very good, he knows his work very well, was very kind and helpful, everyone was the best they could be! A good crew in every way, I only would have wanted a better diagnoses of the causes for this problem, having now been told that a good cleaning of the sensors and checking on parts involved could have solved the problem, I was told the motor was leaking oil, but electric motors do not contain oil, just a more detailed account of the real problems should have been given, it is now all installed, the house is warm and cozy, I know I paid too much for the furnace, but it is all under the bridge! I was not pressured into things, everyone did their best, it was taken care of in good time! The 2 installers will be a great asset to this CO they are a great team! Last week I called for assistance with some plumbing issues I was encountering here at my home. I called 24 - 7 for some assistance and fortunately they sent Connor out to see me. Not only did he listen intently to my concerns, but one by one he addressed each of them to my total satisfaction.
I called Fix - It 24/7 and again they came through with quality and timely help. Connor Brady was not only a polite young man, he was also most helpful and knew what he was doing. I would give this group the highest rating for cleanliness and knowledge of their trade.

Connor was an amazing help. He took time to brainstorm/troubleshoot an issue I had with a sump-pump, and we finally discovered the issue was with how the builder installed the drain system underground (and also not to code). Most other companies would've tried to charge a scope/camera down the drain, or extra diagnostics that weren't necessary....nope, not these guys. My heater went out Thanksgiving day. I called Fix-It 24/7 and they were able to come out at my earliest convenience. It seemed like it was yesterday that it had been replaced, but was actually 23 years! Andy explained what it probably was and explained how the components worked together. Well, for peace of mind, I ended up with a new heater with warranties and lots of peace of mind! It was put in quickly and professionally. I'm, Lola, am very greatfull for the loan to get the heater and air conditioner just at the right time. I'm a little up set that they did not put the new ducts in that came with the heater. My husband should have told them to put it on. After all we paid for them and they did not even leave them with us. They said you should never put old with the new. The air ducts they left were old on a new heater. Other then that, my husband is happy with the new heater and air conditioner. We just need to learn how to manage the thermostat. The house got very cold when I got up this morning. The Thermostate was on 70 but was on 62 when we got up. I sure hope we have a Garentine on this. Install of a new furnace and air conditioner. I had to have a new furnace and air conditioner installed due to old age and rusting of the original equipment. Ben was a great salesman, he was honest and offered me different choices. I researched everything on the web that I was told and it all was spot on advice. The two techs who came to the house to install the stuff were Chris and Nick. They were friendly, professional, clean, and explained everything that they were doing. They walked me through every step of the installation. They didn't try to hide anything. I am beyond satisfied with FixIT 24/7 and the work they did. Overall, the prices were fair and in line with other prices that I found. The service and professionalism of the FixIt 24/7 team was outstanding.
