He was extremely positive, even when going the opposite direction would have been easier and more convenient for him. I want to thank Sean, Mark and Derek for the professional job they did to get our water service back up. Our main water line broke yesterday (4th of July) afternoon just as I was getting ready to leave. Talk about timing. Not knowing who to call, I read a few reviews and picked Dutton Plumbing. I'm so glad I did. Sean and the guys were extremely professional. Sean explained everything and even pointed out another problem that needed fixing. This was a big job in terrible heat, but I am very pleased with the job. I look forward to seeing Sean again to check on my sewer line. I called Dutton Plumbing Tuesday for repair on my water heater and what my tenant reported was "a leak" in the bathroom. Technician Brad F. came out on Wednesday, as scheduled, reviewed the situation and made 5 suggestions, for my consideration, about how to fix the problems. They were all very appropriate and it gave me a choice about how much I would need to spend. He kept in contact with me throughout the repair process to answer all my questions while fixing the problems. We have called Dutton Plumbing twice now with severe clogs that have backed our whole house up. We had checked out a couple other plumbing companies before we called Dutton, the 1st time and they said they couldn't run a snake that long, but could only do the more expensive water blast method. We finally phoned Dutton and they came out, ran the snake, cleared the problem and were completely reasonable with their rates. We were so impressed, that when this happened again, there was no hesitation to call them back. They not only cleared out the main line, but also they cleared the line that runs under our house. They also ran a camera, free of charge, and discovered what was causing it. They are polite, have reasonable rates, and come in a timely manner. I would recommend them to everyone! 07/02/14 |

Brandon D of Dutton Plumbing came to rooter a severe clog at our house. He was profession, polite and went above and beyond what was initially called for. We have 2 clean-outs and thought it was the main one. He took it upon himself to clean out the 2nd one as well. It seemed at first that the clog was gone, but we discovered it wasn't & called back within an hour after he left. He came back within a couple hours, ran a longer line and got the clog. He also called for another technician to come and run a camera to see what the problem was, this all done on the original amount we paid - there was no extra charges for the camera run.
I'd recommend him to everyone I know!!!

I'm happy with the professionalism and the appropriate level of friendliness Brian and his trainee exhibited on their visit. They stayed focused on the job and having them in the house felt completely safe. They take care to not leave a mess behind, wearing pink paper covers over their work boots and cleaning up meticulously. Brian did not try to persuade me to purchase the most expensive product(s) and he remained enthusiastic the whole time they were here. He even went a little extra in the effort department, checking the house for safety concerns, such as cleaning off the dusty old water heater and pointing out the water shut off valves. Every indication is Dutton Plumbing is an impressive and positive company. I feel I got my money's worth and I hope that if any follow-up is needed, Brian and Co. will stand by their promises. We had a major water heater failure this morning so I searched the web for a firm to replace the failed one ASAP; Dutton Plumbing popped up first. I called and described the problem; Dutton promised to help ASAP and would call back soon. They did both and two techs arrived sooner than expected. They diagnosed the problem quickly, described options and immediately ordered a replacement. The new water heater was delivered within ninety minutes and in the meantime the Dutton techs removed the old one and prepared to receive and install the replacement. I've been a loyal Dutton customer for seven years and am consistently impressed with the quality of service I receive from my regular plumber, Brian. He's a knowledgable, skilled technician who makes excellent recommendations without hard selling me - something I truly appreciate. This last visit, he and his trainee, Dustin, did our "annual house check up" as well as cleared a drain, replaced a shower handle and installed a garbage disposal. They took their time and left their workspaces clean. Additional, my tech, Brian is an excellent teacher. I've seen him train several newbies and he is always very careful to explain things to them as he goes. Last, but not least, Brian is incredibly friendly and funny. While having to call a plumber isn't always something a homeowner looks forward to, Brian makes it a positive experience.
