I found them in the yellow pages!!! Super nice, very professional. Oscar supervised the work on my plumbing (two showers, two bathtubs, three toilets not draining at all (ugh!)), and gave me several options as to the extent of repair/replacement with prices. I made the best choice for me and my 1952 tract house. They replaced more that my contract called for, didn't charge more for it. I recently had some work done in my home and am very pleased with how professional both the technician, Brian S. and Tyler were. They were very clean and covered their shoes when entering the house! Very important to me! They were also very respectful and friendly. Brian explained everything in detail about the work that needed to be done and when finished, wrote up everything for me to keep record of. He even contacted me to follow up. Matt D. was very professional and astute in assessing our water leakage problem in the garage, which was not the case with the plumber two days before from Dutton. It was the water heater causing the problem and it took only 5 minutes to verify the problem. Make sure you get Matt D because he's an expert in all kinds of leaks. Our hot water heater broke down and I called Dutton. Within two hours a Dutton technician, Ramiro showed up to check it out. Turned out I needed a new hot water heater. Staff was polite, put us on the schedule immediately for service, kept us appraised of any changes in the schedule and notified us when the Technician was on the way. I have never had better service from a plumbing company ever. Fearful that my garage would flood in the rain, I found their number and gave them a call. Right from the beginning, the woman on the phone was so professional and experienced, kept track of the situation and returned a call to me when the tech was ready to come do my job. The tech Ramiro and his supervisor arrived in the rain and assured me they would not leave until my problem was fixed. Working in the rain the entire time until almost 9 pm, they found the problem and made the repair. So thankful for their experience and work ethic. Not easy to find that anymore. Matt Domingo is highly recommended because he gives excellent service. First, he listens carefully to the customer, then gives an estimate of the work that needs to be done. He treats the customer with respect, and provides the best possible work considering the clients safety. He smelled gas in the back yard and provided a new gas line as well as a water line. He is very patient doing the necessary paper work involved with the job. He is a very good team leader with co workers, considerate of their lunch times, and their other needs.
