Craig Cooper, the attending technician (plumber) from Dutton Plumbing provided me with excellent service. He is a good listener and answered questions and concerns I had. He is a funny guy, but very professional in terms of work ethics.
With knowledge and expertise, the members of our household and I decided to have Halo 5 installed in our house. I would recommend this product.

Once again Dutton Plumbing comes through. They arrived before the scheduled time after a call altering us that they could arrive early. Felix, like Marc R, was pleasant, competent and professional. He explained the situation to us, what and how to solve our problem in the most cost effective manner and then completed the work and cleaned the area up so things were back to normal. He answered all of our questions and provided tips to help keep our drains clear. Dutton has been great and will be our go to plumbers from now on. Great customer service!!!!! What can I say? Ramiro is the man! He came back twice in one day, found the clean out access that I didn't even know I had, and was able to snake the main sewage line clean.
