I called Dutton Plumbing and was so impressed by the professional and great customer service I received. I got service in a timely manner, they called me when service specialist was on his way, and even sent me an email! It was difficult to find where the problem was coming from, but David P was persistent and got job done. I can't speak for all of Dutton as this was our first experience with them. But I can't say enough about their good hire choice with Craig C. He was EVERYTHING you could want - polite, knowledgable, a problem solver, articulate, capable hardworking and honest! I never write reviews or do on-line surveys. He was so outstanding I had to do this to thank him for the wonderful service he provided us. it wasn't an easy job in a 1926 home. It was unexpected with a pipe rupture in the wall. This is a great company!! We have an older home and have used Dutton Plumbing for a variety of reasons. Matt D. was fantastic!! We just completed a bath remodel but had one last issue with our shower head. It was a bit tricky, but Matt was able to fabricate a custom piece on site to remedy the problem-- which allowed us to keep the existing fixture. We also have a couple of other issues with another bath and the kitchen sink that Matt gave us some options for. Quite frankly, plumbing problems are not that fun, but aside from being knowledgeable and polite--Matt has a wonderful sense of humor. Sure helps lighten up the situation! We had a leak that I thought was coming from the kitchen sink drain line but Matt was able to find that it actually came from the dishwasher and was able to make the repair very quickly. His previous experience and knowledge of dishwashers saved a lot of time. He answered all my questions and let me know the things to expect in regard to getting the water damage repaired. I highly recommend this company if you need an honest accurate estimate for any plumbing problem. Everyone at Dutton Plumbing was very professional and curious. I called for an estimate regarding a possible slab leak. The technicians arrived on time as scheduled. I was greeted at my door by Matt; who immediately placed a clean mat on my door step, put on clean cover shoes over his work shoes. Matt accessed my situation very quickly entered my options with the exact cost on his iPad (which was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received). I opted for the slab fix..the by-pass option would also have fixed the hot water pipe leak in the slab. Within a 30 minutes Matt had located the exact location of the leak, and identified the hot water pipe. He prepared the work area, carefully removed 4 titles (without breaking them) and started the work to open up the cement to access the pipe. Matt found the copper pipe with the leak. He then very carefully silver soldered the new pipe in place, wrapped the pipe with a thick rubber jacket, back-filled the hole in the slab, poured in quick drying cement to seal the floor. Matt’s work was meticulous, neat and professional. I am one happy customer ..and would recommend you call Dutton Plumbing if you ever need a professional plumbing job.
