This company has good customer service and response time. I have used them in the past but, I have to admit their service this time was alot better. Brian S was my service guy and he was very knowledgeable and quick to assess the problem and give a solution with no hard sell.

I wouldn't recommend these guys to clean my toilet! Unfortunately my handyman was not available so I called these guys to clear a drain. They told me it was against there policy to use a rooter from the roof. They didn't attempt to use a rooter from anywhere else. They used a hydro jet for one hour but didn't clear the plug. Charged me $639.69 for the work. Solution I found my handy man and he used a rooter from the roof. He cleared the clog in 5 minutes. Also Dutton recommended having a new drain pipe from the outside replaced for a charge of $6,583. Since the drain has been a recurring problem I did want that done but not by Dutton. No I accepted a bid of $2,000 from another plumber to have the pipe replaced. The work is done and everything is like new everything works perfect. I had a leak inside my bathroom wall. That particular problem had happened before and had been repaired by Dutton. Unfortunately i was just out of warrenty. The plumbing tech Brett P. arrived within his appointment window.After a little conversation Brett realized I had used Dutton for other repairs (new water heater, outdoor pressure valve, clogged drain, shower leak) Brett/Plummer called his field supervisor and got permission to honor our exp warent. I had not told Brett, I was thinking of switching service as Dutton can be pricey. Brett came in kept our house clean, was clean and personable himself. he broke through the wall, repaired our leak and and cleaned. the he did was neat clean and done right.
