I have a leaky monabloc manifold in my garage that was installed in 1995. I was given the option of redoing the whole home plumbing at an a $8,400.00 cost. The issue I have is that Cummings plumbing offered no other solutions, which after a couple days research and talking to other home owners and plumbers are available. I was also told my house sale in the future would be compromised as a result of the plumbing that I have in the house which is also not true, based agin on my research. I believe Cummings used scare tactics to try to get my to re do the homes pluming. I am not saying that I will not use them for other services in the future, but this experience was disappointing . 01/31/18 |

Manuel and Kevin completed their work OK. However, someone damaged our brick border. One of them said they would be back to fix it but 2 weeks later have not.
We were happy that the owner of the company came to talk to us admitting that his first crew messed up and he would make it right.

Kenneth is always the very best! Communication, scheduling, efficient, polite, clean personally as well as work area, knowledgeable and friendly. He is also very good with household pets. He makes recommendations for work that needs to be done or needs he sees that he feels would be helpful to the homeowner in the long run to avoid further problems. If he doesn't have the answer he gets it.

Although, I think we could have avoided a much higher expense if the two guys would have at least took the cover off the shower faucets to at least look before assuming it was probably just the packing or whatever, I am satisfied that the job was done well. Unfortunately, we had to have a hole cut in the wall a second time. We are however, still waiting for the drywall man to come out and complete the job. 01/22/18 |

What a waste of time. I asked for a proposal it took over a month and repeated calls before finally somebody called me back and provided what I needed. By then it was too late the project has started already. With this kind of service I recommend you go elsewhere. 01/14/18 |

Gilbert was the lead plumber on our total home replumb and did a terrific job. He worked with us to minimize the holes cut and let us have input in where the holes were placed. Didn't arrive on time or keep us informed. Left gas leaking at a connection. Broke the water softener moving it to install water heater and taped it together. Invoice was vague with no date, model information and actions taken. Still trying to get it straight. Owners manual not left with water heater. Worst experience we've ever had. Jake misdiagnosed our problem costing us mega money. Now he wants more money to again work on the initial problem. We feel that we should not have to pay for additional work. We are not happy with Cummings Plbg. and will not recommend them to anyone. 12/28/17 |
