Mike Berry, Richard Welles and Jose Rueda Jr. were hard working, care-taking and thorough. They listened to our concerns on delicate items like china and depression crystal. They packed everything with care and took the time needed when appropriate. Expensive paints were handled expertly and were well protected for the move. Even everyday items received this teams good care. They were timely, professional and demonstrated genuine care for us and our belongings. You would be remiss not using Cowboy Moving and Storage. Just hired Cowboy moving for the fifth time in 15 years. ALWAYS great, on time and careful with my belongings. They are affordable, efficient and hard working. I've never had a problem with a move. Due to a scheduling issue with the loading moving company, I contracted with Cowboy to offload my home contents which had been stored on the other movers trailer. I contracted for 6 men, 12 hours and the team came from Englewood to Loveland. They were punctual, courteous and very careful with our furniture and the new home. I have had 6 professional moves as part of my work career, and know quality workmanship from movers. I was SO pleasantly surprised by this company. The initial estimate process was quick, easy, respectfully professional and reasonably priced. The paperwork was simple, comprehensive, and professionally presented. I received email and phone reminders and last-minute confirmation. And the day before they arrived to move me I received an email introducing me to the team who would show up to execute the move. The guys were SUPER! They were experienced, professional, respectful and polite. They were conscientious in their use of the time I was paying for - showed up on time, moved quickly and yet carefully, stopped briefly to pick up lunch on their way to our new home, checked in with me each time there was a choice about doing something ourselves or taking their time to do it for us (disassembling/reassembling). Nothing was broken or damaged and all hardware was collected in little bags that were shrink-wrapped to their relevant furniture pieces. I can't say enough about what a positive experience this was for me. They even came in significantly under their estimate. I would hire them again in a heartbeat! Cowboy sent me two very hardworking and self managing people to help relocate several pieces of heavy mail room cabinets and work surface items. Additionally, they moved many lighter weight chairs and couches. They were receptive to instructions, and moved about the building with great care, and completed their tasks with minimal supervision. First time using cowboy moving in was one of the WORST moving companies I have ever dealt with! Customer service was very horrible I scheduled my moving through Sherry, she was very rude and unprofessional wanted to charge for the move more than the movers wrote! Debbie did not do her job too... she scheduled what I requested WRONG, a LOT of miss communication. When I called and scheduled her appointment she did not write down everything that I've told her on the work order which slow down my moving process. The movers did not even call in and let me know that they were on their way my appointment was between 12-2pm, it got rescheduled from 2-3pm. Movers showed up at 2:48 never called. When the movers unassembled my couch they couldn't put it back together, 3 men couldn't figure it out! The movers were Mike Moore, Vincent & Dread. These guys need more training!

Dominick and Dominic were amazing! (Maricruz was very helpful with the appt., too, and got me on your calendar right away. I posted on YELP, too, but the guys were EARLY - which I so appreciated, very aware of walls, furniture and new floors. They did in 25 min. what would have taken us 1.5 hours. I wanted to wait to write this review until I unloaded the truck. After all, the only way to really tell how well they loaded the truck is to see how the items look as they come back off the truck. All of my belongings (26' truck packed to the ceiling) traveled wonderfully. After my 1000 mile trip, I have yet to find a scratch, dent, chip or mark on anything Cowboy Moving loaded for me. This crew was AMAZING!!! Eric, Bob and Tyler were able to get us moved when we were in a big time crunch. They swooped in and saved the day, carefully wrapping up the furniture and glass cabinets and carefully loading it up. My experience with cowboy was fantastic. The contact with the office was informative and transparent. The moving crew consisted of Alex, Henry, Josh, and Emilio. These four gentleman worked very hard and were very respectful of all our belongings. My family used the load and storage option from cowboy.
