Blue Dot Services has maintained our HVac system for the last 15 years. They have always provided excellent, professional service, particularly Peter, our service tech. Blue Dot recently replaced our aging system with a new Carrier heat pump. Matt, their sales rep, was knowledgeable and straight forward. The installation team, Montre Perry and Devonte Cook, with the assistance of Angel and Rashid, installed our new HVac system in a single day. The guys were great, efficient and careful and very helpful with information and advice. We could not be happier with the entire process. On 10/1 we were scheduled for our matience check-up between 8-12'. At 12:30 I called and was told you were very busy and at 3:30 given the same reply. Mark finally arrived at 6:00. He was very curteous and efficient. We received no follow up calls from you regarding the delay. We also had to stay home all day waiting for the technian. We have been a customer for over 20 years and will continue to do so as you have always provided excellent service. We were very disappointed in our latest experience

Bladimir R. was truly outstanding. He was extremely polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my heat pump, which turned out to be a faulty blower motor. At first, he indicated he'd have to order the motor, which would take approximately 3-4 business days to receive. As it was a Friday, this meant around 5 calendar days. Bladimir then advised he would try a supply house that was nearby and if they had a motor he could go get it and install the same day. I was in luck. A motor was available, Bladimir quickly went to pick it up, returned, and installed on same day. I very much appreciate the fact that Bladimir went above and beyond to provide the exceptional service I received, especially since the next few days were very hot and it would've been pretty grueling without A/C. I have had HVAC contracts with Blue Dot since 2003 and have always been satisfied with the service but I specifically requested Darren because I was so impressed with him when he serviced my furnace last fall. On Friday, while inspecting the vents, he determined that the UV unit installed several years ago was not in the optimal place and he moved the unit. He went over the inspection results with me and allowed me to make an informed decision on replacing a part . He also explained the benefits of installing a surge protector on my air conditioner and a whole house humidifier and left information for me to review. Based on the verbal and written information he provided, I will definitely be installing the humidifier in the fall. Darren is the consummate professional and an outstanding representative.
