He showed me pictures of places that needed cleaning. Some of the pictures he said he did clean. Others he showed me pictures he didn't clean . I found that odd. Hot water heater acting up or not enough hot water
The technician from Andersons plumber and heating and question me what was going on with my water heater and I told him that it wasn't giving me enough hot water and I had to raise the hot water level on my hot water heater just to get it hot enough. He told me that the hot water flush might or not do it and he thought maybe another idea might work but that idea was way too expensive and I took the flush instead but, now the flush didn't work either. Larry F. was the technician for my plumbing issue and he did an outstanding job on the repair. Larry explained whT the issue was and did the repair in a timely manner, the repair was under warranty but that did not stop Larry from installing a higher price item to resolve the issue. Larry installed the correct part and did not worry about "It's under warranty" and install the lowest price part for the repair. It's refreshing to do business with a company that has integrity and walks the talk. The customer service and office staff were very courteous and helpful over the phone. Larry F. the technician arrived at my door on time, put covers on his work boots and listened while I explained the reasons for the call. It was obvious by his responses that he was very well versed and knowledgeable in his craft, answering my questions satisfactorily and explaining how he would proceed. After reviewing all of my perceived issues throughout the house, Larry reviewed his findings with me and made recommendations, which turned out to be less than I originally requested over the phone, saving me many dollars. Larry is well knowledgeable about plumbing. He installed garbage disposal and gave a report on condition of our house sewage system . He helped in setting up an appointment to check our water heater and whole house water system. He is amicable, determined and firm in his action. My wife and I recently had a leaking toilet replaced and a new garbage disposal installed, as well as having numerous fixtures, hoses and associated items upgraded. We like the fact that they carry a binder with "fixed" prices for available products, and in various price ranges to fit different budgets. The office staff was very outgoing and helpful and Fernando G. and the other technician were both great. They both went above and beyond what was expected. We have other upgrades planned, both at this condo we're selling, and the house we're moving into, and we definitely plan on having Anderson Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning do all the work.
