Rob and Adrian arrived on time and walked thru the entire process with me, before they set up the hoses. They were courteous and wore, masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. I cannot say enough good things about the job the Amistee crew did cleaning the duct work in my home. My entire family could tell a difference in the air quality in the home immediately following the cleaning. The guys were very professional and took the time to explain how the cleaning would be done to me before the started working. I couldn’t be happier with the work they did any have told several of my friends that getting the ducts cleaned by Amistee was well worth the price. The amount of dust in the air in my home now is nil.

Amistee came highly recommended by Eric and Ehler's Heating and Cooling from Livonia. I was worried about scam or not real quality work etc. Eric said he has heard nothing but good comments about Amistee work and no complaints. I called because we were getting a new furnace and air unit and wanted our vents cleaned out first since we moved here a few years ago and found out it had not been done. Rob S. and Alex E came as a team and they worked like a fine tuned engine. They were efficient, thorough, timely, mindful of your home and cleaned up after themselves. They were also friendly and answered all our questions and inquiries. The before and after pics were very nice and we feel like it was money well spent. My Dryer Duct was more difficult then most as it is vented out through the ceiling out the roof of my condo. I moved in four years ago and never thought to do it. I twas so packed as I watch Alex on the roof and Matt on the ground. Alex probably did between five and ten passes all the way down the to the back of the dryer. I couldn't believe how much actually came out. Alex let me know it should be done annually with this roof type of venting. When they were done on the roof Alex came in and removed the vent from the Dryer and cleaned it out all the way into the dryer duct. They both did an amazing job including cleaning out all the vent lint that blew into my roof Gutters while they were doing it as well as sweeping up the surrounding area on the ground .Although it was pricey I highly recommend this company and this team! I have had them out to clean our air ducts once so far (2018), and they did great. So i called again recently to clean our dryer vent, because I noticed our dryer was taking longer than usual to dry laundry. Josh V. and Melvin B. were sent out and did a fantastic job. My wife and I called Amistee through a referral from Thornton and Grooms and made an appointment for a Duct cleaning. From the very first phone call, the level of professionalism and honesty was seriously awesome! We made initial contact with Kelly there, and made the appointment with Julie later in the week. We where quoted a price, out the door no hidden fees or costs, and that price was what it was in the end! Kelly explained the entire process with thoroughness and patience to my wife and I. We are newer homeowners and so have never had this type of process done before. The guys who came out, Torrell, and Jason, where extremely polite and professional, very patient with us and all of our questions and super nice to and patient with our curious kids. They where very punctual and explained to us the whole process again when they got here. They left our basement in a better than before condition too! They where awesome and very nice! All in all, our experience was very good with Amistee and we would definitely recommend them to our friends and family! Amistee has a team of employees that are all enjoyable to work with and happy to answer questions. They are obviously proud of their work quality. After the cleaning crew got done cleaning out the vents, even the team installing duct armor was impressed.
