I called the Aire Serv early Sunday morning because my heater was not working. A short time later Tyler arrived. Before he came in my home he put a floormat down and shoe covers on his shoes, I explained what was going on with the heater, he then checked out the entire system.. before he fixed it he came to me with a couple of options and prices. Our AC system stopped working while family was visiting so you can imagine our sense of urgency in getting s service provider out. We contacted our home warranty company who scheduled an appointment with another provider who had been out several times before. However they were not able to get to us for at least 24 hours. We called the home warranty company who dispatched Aire Serv, they were out within 2 hours of calling. Taylor was prompt and polite. He worked hard and found the problem which required going to get a part. He was back in no time and got our system going again. He checked several other component's of the system and also identified another problem which he took care of after obtaining approval.

This was my first visit with Tyler C. I felt very confident from the start that he was a professional. He found an issue that needed to be repaired and fixed it on the same visit as my maintenance visit. He could have rescheduled me for another day but instead did not leave me until he had repaired the broken part. That was quite impressive to me since it was a 100 degree day outside. Thank you!
