My tech today was Todd Hebert. He was awesome, he knew I had the Flu and came fix my unit anyway. He came check out the unit and told me what was wrong with it and what it needs to be fixed. That meant he had to go way out of town to get the part he needed to fix the unit. He made sure I understood he WAS coming back to fix it . He got back fixed it .AWESOME I HAVE HEAT !!! After that he checked everything else on the unit to make sure everything else was working ok and it was , so I want to THANK YOU MR TODD HEBERT FOR A JOB WELL DONE !!! Todd H. 01/26/18 |

Our heater stopped working on one of the coldest nights and then it happened late so I figured we'd have to wait til the next day to get it fixed, but a technician with Aire Serv was available to come out. Mr. Adam Menard came and he was very nice, knowledgeable and got our heater fixed quickly and the price was very fair. Very satisfied, grateful and highly recommend Aire Serv and Mr. Adam!! made an appointment for service, and they were there on time, got the problem solved in about 30 min., which was good news, bad news was, needed a new unit. walked me through all my options, gave me some good advice, and also some personal pointers, set up a window unit for me to use with no charge until my unit was installed.

I had Todd H. Today for service and he was great and knew what he was doing. He took his time checking everything out making sure all parts were inspected and working correctly.
