Mike kole is the technician that came service my unit and I was very pleased with his arrival time,his service experience, and his positive attitude. In no time my unit was back up and running which was a minor problem. The answering service was very kind and was right on the task. Aire serv is the company that also installed my unit and was very pleased with the service and product. Everything was done right and right the first time. My call to Aire Serv was very agreeable. I was pleasantly surprised at the quick response I got. That very day ******. was sent to my address to examine my A/C unit. It had been making strange noises lately. I didn't want the coming cold weather to catch me unprepared. **** was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He gave me several options at my disposal to remedy the situation. He didn't try to pressure me into buying a new unit but convinced me that it would be to my advantage to purchase the service plan. Tracy Davidson arrived prompt and friendly. He answered every question i had in a helpful and informative way, clarifying things i did not understand. He checked my entire unit, inside and outside, gave me a rundown on what needed repair and what will need repair in the near future. He also offered a yearly maintenance plan that will help, which we intend on doing soon. We agreed on repairs for that particular day and my A/C unit was blowing cold again very soon after, and NOT frrezing up anymore. My family was able to go to sleep in a cool home without sweating and Tracy explained what i must do to manage my AC unit more effectively. When i used Lee's AC service, the guy only filled my freon, said there were no other issues, and rolled out with the 200 bucks. Tracy took the time to look at everything and explain it to me. Last time our central A/C unit began to freeze up, we went with a different company than Aire Serve. They charged $120 just to come out b/c it was after 5pm. And when they came, the guy was very young, inexperienced, and filled it with freon amd left, saying their was no other issues, though the freon had to have run out for some reason. He didnt seem to have any ansewers though and kind of dodged answering anything in a way that seemed he just didnt have the answers. However, the company i used today, Aire Serve, only charged $80 to come out, and that is the price no matter what time they come, and theyre open 24/7. The service professional that came out was Tracy Davidson. He was way more helpful. He checked my entire system, inside and outside, and gave me the rundown on everything that was broken or starting to go out. He then offered us a yearly plan which includes some maintenance and discounts on house visits and all the repairs we might need, saving us lots of money, considering the issues we will need to fix in the near future. He also answered all my questions in an informative and helpful way and it was clear that he didnt mind doing so, like some of them might. I like to be in the know when it comes to repairing expensive appliances, esp when not knowing will cost you in the end. Tracy did this and went beyond what i asked and expected of him. Tracy and Aire Serve of Acadiana will definitely be getting all my A/C repair business in the future and i recommend him to anyone who has A/C or heater repair needs. Our air conditioner recently quit cooling. Aire Serv did some work on our unit when we were adding on to our kitchen at the recommendation of our contractor. We were very pleased with their service and professionalism and called when we needed a repair. Anthony came out and did a great job. He was very polite and professional and listened to our concerns and fixed the problem in a short period of time. He obviously know exactly what was wrong. He recommended a service contract, but upon checking the unit, he let us know that he could not perform adequate cleaning because of the way the unit was installed, so let us know that the service contract would not work for us. Mr. Mike Kole came out and saved my weekend. He is knowledgeable and delivers fast and friendly service. I would call him an A/C Guru to say the least. Thanks to Mr. Kole my house has gone from a blazin 86 degrees down to a comfortable 71 degrees. Mr. Kole also took the time out to explain the benefits of the advantage plan. Yes I signed up for the awesome package and am now worry free when it comes to keeping my system running at peak performance. My a/c unit went out about 3 oclock on Fri. afternoon. I called AirServ of Lafayette. The girl answering was so sweet & helpful. She told me the price for the service & said the servive man would call me when he was on his way. Mike Kole called at 4 p.m. He arrived soon , had the bad part out in no time and he had one on the truck , so very soon I had cool air. After that he went outside & checked the freon levels. Since Mike Kole came and serviced our AC ,it's for sure he fixed the problem. He had no problem knowing and finding what was wrong. The unit was not hardly keeping our home cool and the very day he found the problem , it's very obvious the difference in the temperature. Ken & Hunter did a great job. Very friendly & professional. The team did run into issues but it was the actually AC unit not them. They stayed with it and ended up having to replace with a different new unit to fix the problem. It was a long day for them but they did not give up until my system was up and running.
