Aire serv and Todd were amazing today. My air broke for the 2nd time within a matter of weeks and they sent Todd out right away after I called. He worked all day to solve the problem and after being told the part needed to be ordered he decided to double check and found the part in town. He could've just left it at that with the part being ordered and waiting possibly weeks to receive but he went beyond what was needed to get it and repair my air conditioner. I am so extremely thankful for their quickness and kindess to help me in this time of need. Mrs. Leticia who answers the calls is also extremely kind and helpful all the time! Todd H. 08/29/17 |

Aire Serve installed unit into my house that sounded like an airplane...I understand it was not them who chose that unit it was sent by insurance company. Unit was not installed properly and ac leaked on floor...the tech spoke to me and said bad install cause damage but changed story after speaking to management. Needless to say new floors or now damage...really look forward to doing business with them again....not 07/14/17 |

Horrible experience with communication. The techs that came out were very nice and professional, so I added a star up from 1 to 2.
Our AC has not been cooling properly, so our home warranty company sent out the only option in our area: Aire Serv. Below is the summary of visits.
First visit: Tech established outside unit was bad, inside could use replacement but was functional. We were presented with options for either replacing only the outside unit, or inside and outside. The cost difference wasn't much, so we agreed to both. I asked several times that this would cover THE ENTIRE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE UNITS and was told yes by home warranty folks and the tech. Both were to be ordered. The only form presented to me was one that basically said the tech showed up and looked at it. It was emailed to me, but apparently the form didn't populate correctly, so nothing shows up on it.
Second visit: I was not here for this one, a family member was. The inside unit was changed, but not the outside. I'm not even sure if anything was done to it at all. She didn't know the situation, so she gave them the check and they left. It seemed to cool a tiny bit better, but still not good enough. Decided to give it a week and see. Aire Serv cashed the check.
(Supposed to be Third visit) We scheduled for an afternoon, which I very specifically scheduled since I have a long commute. I made certain it was to be after 1pm so we could have someone home. Ratissa agreed. When the day came, the tech showed up at 8:30am and was wondering why nobody was home! We spoke to Ratissa and she matter-of-factly said he couldn't come back and we would have to schedule another day. No apology, no nothin'. She made it seem like it was our fault.
Third visit: A different tech comes and discovers the outside unit needs replacement. Home warranty expects us to foot the difference. I explained the situation to him and he checked it out in his ticketing system. All documentation shows the inside unit being the problem, not the outside at all!
It seems to me that incorrect information was documented somewhere. Had I been provided an assessment or written agreement, I would have noticed it. When the first technician came out and explained everything to me, I made sure I understood 100% of what he said, and asked every possible question I could think of. He was very understanding through it all, and I appreciate that.

After bad weather resulted in one of my A.C units not working, I was hesitant with contacting any company to service my unit because I didn't want to be given bad news. Aire serv contacted me the next morning and had someone to my house within an hour. Jacob M. was awesome! Not only was he polite and professional, but he was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. Our AC went out on Sunday and we called on the same day to make an appointment for Monday. Sunday was a really nice day, so there wasn't a need for them to come right away. The technician arrived at our home within the time frame they had told us the day prior and had our AC back up and running within a couple of hours. Thankfully it wasn't a full replacement!!! After several bad experiences with other local providers who were more concerned about selling me services rather than identifying and addressing the root cause of the problems I was having with my A/C, I decided to pursue other options.
I Chose Aire Serv based on the positive reviews I read about them and I must say they did not disappoint.
Todd and Jeremy were the techs dispatched to my home. Both were very thorough, courteous and professional, taking the time to answer all of my questions and explaining in detail the root of my problems in a way they were easily understood. No attempt to sell me anything I didn't need.

Anthony at Aire Serv has work for us for many years.
He is thorough during maintenance inspections, and knows the AC/Heating industry like no other service person I know .
He has to spend the day working, in our home since we have so many units to maintain. I trust him and do not worry about his whereabouts in our home. He leaves all areas that he works in/on as clean and neat as when he arrives, and I am very picky.
I would recommend him for his trustworthiness, knowledge, experience and awareness of this industry. Aire Serv is like a part of our family.
If there is a problem they are at your service.
We always do a Service Contract with Aire Serv, the most economical way to get unexpected service taken care of when it happens.
