Mike has come out to my house before giving honest suggestions on things that I needed and has always tried to give me the best bang for my buck, which I really appreciate. I was having A/C issues that put my house under negative pressure and poor indoor air quality caused by leaking ducts and air drafts. I called AirServe after multiple unscessful attempts by HVC contractors and air drafting companies. Mr. Brian and Anthony from AirServe completed the job with the outmost professional and knowledgable manner. I had the recent misfortune of having my central air condition unit go out on me, I started calling around for estimates on getting the unit changed out, after receiving a couple estimates **** with Aire Serv of Lafayette showed up, looked things over, explained to me in a language I could understand what needed to be done, offered me the estimate which happened to be considerably less than the other prices I was quoted from the other companies and I quickly agreed to use Aire Serv of Lafayette, once I agreed **** called their shop to verify the equipment was in stock only to find out the agreed upon condensor unit was out of stock, **** then made the decision to give me a better condensor unit at the same price he originally quoted me just so I would not have to go a couple more days without having air conditioning, how awesome is that! Ken & Hunter did a great job. Very friendly & professional. The team did run into issues but it was the actually AC unit not them. They stayed with it and ended up having to replace with a different new unit to fix the problem. It was a long day for them but they did not give up until my system was up and running. I want to THANK MIKE KOLE FROM AIRE SERV OF LAFAYETTE for fixin the heating unit in my house today. It hasn't worked in over a month due to another companies lack of knowledge to work on heating & air units , you think they would know after coming out 3 times . For this Service Pro to come in here and fix all that was wrong with the heating unit that the other company messed up on 3 separate times in over a months time. This Service Pro fixed everything in a couple of hours and I have HEAT !!!

Mr. Mike came out on a follow up after doing some investigating on my two units. Aire Serv Of Lafayette go far and beyond to fix your problem. They are still working on our issue but I know they will resolve it. This company makes you feel good about the services you are receiving and they are not in the business of screwing you over like other companies we have dealt with in the past. Great service and Mr. Mike explained his additional findings and assured us that the problem will be fixed once the complete the job! If you need service on your unit please give Aire Serv of Lafayette a call, you won't regret it!

Kenley came out and found the problem that was keeping us from getting heat. Would give 5 stars but they have to come back to figure out another problem our system is having. I found Brian Spiker, before he started AireServ, when he repaired design flaws by home contractor and maintenance issues caused by previous HVAC contractor. He was clean , wearing the covers over his boots when in the house , he was very complete and very polite. He also found a problem with a part on the a/c, although it was not giving me problems now , it would have broke later, probably in the middle of the nite, he had the part on the truck and changed it saving me a service fee later.
