After a long 3 weeks of dealing with ac issues, Mr. Mike Kole was God sent. He was the nices most polite and understanding man that I have met in a long time. Not only did he make sure that he did not leave our house without the air fixed, he also took the time to show me and help me understand what was going on. He was very humble, very helpful and really a blessing. I also appreciate his helper Chad for all that he assisted with. Tracy was a great help to us at Cajun RVera campground when the AC in our RV broke. He was working with another client and gladly came to help us unannounced when he was finished with them. Mike Cole is an excellent technician. He came with a smile and was very helpful with the answers to my questions. He did everything he could to get our unit to keep us cool on a very hot day. Our AC unit broke while we were out on a international vacation. As you can about image when we walked into our house it was very hot. We contacted Aire Serv of Lafayette and Mike Kole was able to come over the following morning and fix the problem. Mike was very professional and had a personable demeanor. I called Kim at Aire Serv on wednesday afternoon at about 215 about my ac not working. She had Mike out there about 430, he figured out the problem and had to order a part but put us enough freon to keep us comfortable until the part came in on friday. Mike was there friday morning at 930 and fixed it all up and even had to fix a mess up from the ac company that installed the ac. Mike was very professional and friendly. I have annual service agreements for both my home and business. Tracy came out to service both locations and did a great job. I've been using aireserve for about 7/1/2 years and wouldn't consider using any other service. It's rare I give

Upon returning from a trip, we came home to our air conditioner not working. We called Aire Serv on a Sunday to arrange service on Monday. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and friendly and scheduled us for early Monday afternoon. The technician called and and was able to come in the late morning. He immediately assessed the problem and fixed it quickly . He has been to our home for a previous repair. Several years ago someone in the HVAC business recommended this company to me. I trusted that individual and have not been disappointed. My aging units are maintained and serviced twice a year and it has kept them running efficiently. The most recent service provider (Kenley B.) came in (with shoe covers on which I do appreciate) and got the job done. He was friendly and professional.
