Nothing but professional from 1st contact to goodbye. Craig surveyed, planned, and ordered on the same day I called. The materials came in the next day. Mike SK and Coy came the next day and installed two complete new HVAC systems by COB Friday. They cleaned up and headed out, but not before fixing a hot-water heater exhaust problem they stumbled on. Mike K. was my tech and i was literally blown away with his efficiency and professionalism. He arrived in less than an hour immediately diagnosed the problem which was somthing i wouldn't think was common and he had the part in his truck. Everytime he walked through the house he had on shoe covers to protech my flooring. He very professionally greeted everyone in the house. Today was the first time I had to call the company with whom my home warranty is purchased. My AC has not been cooling very well since yesterday. I received a call first thing thing this morning to schedule service. She was so pleasant and bubbly! . When Mike Kole arrived, promptly at our scheduled time, I was beyond pleased from the time he introduced himself until the time he left. Mike immediately went to work, identified the problem, called the home warranty company, ordered all parts needed and informed me of everything taking place.
