Awesome customer service. Daniel quickly assesed the problem, diagnosed it correctly and replaced the thermostat. All that while being friendly and polite. I recently asked around for a good AC Contractor in Kaufman, TX at the grocery, convenience stores, and in general conversation. Absolute Air Conditioning kept coming up. In July of 2017 it is our plans to open an office in Kaufman, off Oak Creek Road. I was given the task to get the building which had been closed a few years, cleaned up and presentable for business. The Air Conditioning systems and Heating systems needed some serious attention. I made the call, and was delighted with the result. They sent a Technician out that day to give me an assessment. Absolute Air, was pleasant to work with and prompt and professional. I can only hope I have the same luck with the other issues. It has been a real blessing in finding contractors like Absolute. We needed electricity run from the house to our new pool. Cesar arrived just before 8am and after the initial discussion of what we wanted proceeded to work. Within a few hours he had the electricity run to the pool, had the timer installed and everything running smoothly. We just had Absolute Air install a complete CH&A system in our home. The install replaced 4 window units so it included everything including what could have been a very difficult install. The design had to overcome lots of obstacles due to our house being built inside a metal barn. (Barndominium)
The entire staff is trustworthy, competent, meticulous, personable, and very helpful. The price was fair and we are very pleased with the system. We would not hesitate to recommend Absolute Air.
2nd Review. 06-14-17 Called Absolute Air and Troy arrived 30 minutes later. The problem was with my mom's Window/split system. Absolute Air did not install the system but found the problem and fixed it that day.
