Daniel has done maintenance and repair on our A/C for many years. He is always on-time, professional, and makes sure he checked on everything that might be a point of failure. Absolute Air is absolutely the best! They recently installed an HVAC system into a new home we had built. John took the time to meet with us to discuss all the factors (insulation type, ceiling heights, etc.) that would have an impact on the comfort level in our home. He then designed the system specifically to meet our needs. He installed thermostats which control separate zones in our house to help with the energy efficiency. Prior to building this home, we used Absolute Air to do the service on the existing system in our previous home. They were always prompt, professional, and trustworthy. They don't try to oversell you on things you don't need, but if they tell you that you do need something, it's in your best interest to listen to them. They offer a great service plan where they come out and change the filters and inspect the system for you, so any potential problems can be dealt with rather than having your A/C go out on July 4th (what a bummer that can be)! Daniel has always been a pleasure to work with and he's great at explaining things in a way that is easy to understand. They stand behind their work and will always be there when you need them. Everyone we dealt with has been so nice from the person who answers the phone, to the tech who first came out, to the installers. Daniel is the person who came out to give me a quote on my new unit and has been out 3 or 4 times, not for problems, but to check how the install was going and for the complimentary heat check. Daniel C. with Absolute Air was AWESOME!!! I was told someone would be at my house between 11 and 1. Daniel was here between 9:30 and 10. He and Hayden were very polite and courteous. They took the time to listen to my story, or problem as it were, and they were very confident they would find and repair whatever the problem was. They did just that! Daniel even told me they were in it for the long haul. And the pricing was very reasonable. Absolute Air has been maintaining my Heating and Air Conditioning systems since 2014. Based on a referral by a friend, I called them when I had an air conditioner go out in the heat of the summer. I was very pleased with how quickly they responded to get us cooled off. Since then, I haven't used anyone else and have recommended to my friends. Great service and a great team. We called Absolute after another A/C company gave us an estimate for a repair, which was ridiculous. Not far off from the cost of a new unit.
