I called Absolute Air to perform work on a mini-split system for me after my primary provider couldn't fit me into their schedule. They had Jason and his apprentice out less than 24 hours later and charged a fair price for the work. I have been using this company since 2012 and have never been disappointed. They have grown over the years and I have seen my original tech who is still GREAT move up the ladder. I was hesitant at first about losing him to the office but Absolute continues to hire "TOP NOTCH " technical and customer oriented technicians. No matter what the problem, what time or day it is they are always quick to respond. You won't be disappointed with Mike or Daniel. The best thing is, I have recommended them to friends and neighbors and have never had somebody come back and tell me they were not OUTSTANDING.

We had our system replaced inside and out. Every person I talked to was friendly and helpful. They even offered financing that I could fill out right there in my home. No going back to the office for anything. I could have gotten my new system in 2 days if my schedule would have worked out. Absolute Air has been our air conditioning/heating service for several years. We are so very pleased with them. They are always prompt and so courteous when they come to our home. They have not only serviced our old unit but replaced it for us when it finally gave up after many years of use. The new unit has been wonderful. They have also done some ducting work for us. They are so good to come when we call and we don't want to be without their service. We so appreciate their seasonal servicing of our system to keep it in top shape. We are extremely pleased with the service and install work by the Absolute Air team, from start to finish. Daniel came out, listened to our needs, questions, and concerns and gave us a quote (we did get 3 other quotes from other companies and decided to go with a Lennox and Absolute Air). The install team (I don't remember everyone but it was a team) was great, they answered more questions and talked to us throughout the process so that any issues were addressed immediately. I would highly recommend Absolute Air to anyone needed to update their AC/Heating system.
Hard numbers: Our average daily usage for the prior three months to install (DEC-FEB) was 65KWH or $6.99 per day, for March that dropped to 56KWH or $5.97 per day. So a solid savings of $30 per month. I can't wait to see what savings we'll get this summer! Especially with the fairly mild weather I've used for these comparisons. Daniel C., Mike L. 03/29/20 |
