He was very friendly and I felt comfortable with him in my home. He was very thorough and explained things along the way. He took his time unlike other service providers we have used. He even offered to turn my registers around because the painters put them back pointing in the wrong direction. Now, that's going the extra mile! We just had Absolute Air install a complete CH&A system in our home. The install replaced 4 window units so it included everything including what could have been a very difficult install. The design had to overcome lots of obstacles due to our house being built inside a metal barn. (Barndominium)
The entire staff is trustworthy, competent, meticulous, personable, and very helpful. The price was fair and we are very pleased with the system. We would not hesitate to recommend Absolute Air.
2nd Review. 06-14-17 Called Absolute Air and Troy arrived 30 minutes later. The problem was with my mom's Window/split system. Absolute Air did not install the system but found the problem and fixed it that day. Our AC unexpectedly went out on a Thursday night and to my surprise someone answered the call around 11pm as I wanted to just leave a vm. I was able to get Chad out here at 10am next morning and he discovered our refrigerant was low along with a possible freeze up. Our ac unit is really old so we asked for a quote for a whole new system, and we were able to get one as well. Love this company and will be using them for a new unit soon. Chad W. 06/04/21 |
