Absolute Air is a pleasure to do business with. First, the office called me to setup my fall Tune-up. Then they called to reschedule due to weather. I have been using this company since 2012 and have never been disappointed. They have grown over the years and I have seen my original tech who is still GREAT move up the ladder. I was hesitant at first about losing him to the office but Absolute continues to hire "TOP NOTCH " technical and customer oriented technicians. No matter what the problem, what time or day it is they are always quick to respond. You won't be disappointed with Mike, Daniel or Jason. The best thing is, I have recommended them to friends and neighbors and have never had somebody come back to and tell me they were not OUTSTANDING.

My ac was not cooling Friday, called them at 2pm and they were there within an hour on a Friday afternoon. Troy was great, found the problem, fixed, and was very professional and friendly. We have yet to receive anything less than great service from Absolute Air for our HVAC system. Ours is an older system, and it is used constantly because of my husband's poor health. While it might not be surprising that little things are now happening that require attention, the technicians that come to our aid are skilled and personable. When our ac unit stopped working late on a Friday night, Absolute Air had a technician at our home early Saturday. The tech worked quickly and efficiently and repaired our unit very quickly. Let me start off by saying my wife is pregnant with twins. At first I called a different company to come out and check my a/c that was not working in the summer heat. After he no called no showed I was in a bind and called Absolute Air at 530, the technician Troy arrived later that evening and found a minor electrical issue preventing my unit from working, he fixed it quickly. He also took the time to thoroughly check my unit and make sure everything was operating at the correct pressure and functioning properly before packing up. Needless to say Troy kept me out of the dog house that night. I appreciated the fact that Troy took the time to make sure everything was working properly before he left even when I was most likely his last call of the night and I’m sure he was ready to go home. My wife is pregnant with twins, I called out another company to come out and fix my a/c but they never showed. I called accurate air at 530 asking for help and Troy showed up that same night. He had my problem diagnosed within the first 10 minutes, even late at night he checked all operating pressures and made sure everything was functioning properly before he left. Our upstairs a/c went out the night before we left on vacation. I called 2 days before we returned to schedule an early morning appt for our first morning back. Not only were they accommodating, they called to reconfirm their arrival time, and got us back up and cooled of in less than an hour. I called Absolute Air to get my A/C fixed. The service pro Troy was at my home very quickly. He checked and tried everything in an attempt to repair the unit but due to the age and the amount of repairs needed I decided it would be better to replace the entire system. Troy called Mike one of the sales reps. and he was here in about 1/2 hour . Mike gave me a very reasonable price on a system that could replace my old one and contacted Kathy who helped me with financing. The new system was financed in less than an hour and scheduled to be installed the next day. Jason and Ryan arrived the next morning and did the installation. I want to thank Troy, Mike, Kathy, Jason & Ryan for making what could have been a stressful situation for me as a senior citizen a easy and pleasant resolution to my problem. Daniel did a great job in getting our air conditioner repaired in a timely manner. The repair cost came in much lower than expected since he got our fan motor purchased under our warranty. We are owners of a new home. I called Absolute Air based on other reviews I have read online. My goal was to have a service contract with a local company, and to make sure my new system was installed properly and was ready to go for the summer. Chuck came out the next day and checked everything out. Easy to see he knows his stuff. He performed some maintenance and we got the service contract set up.
