I don't know who all was involved in installing our system, but everyone i talked to or meet has been wonderful. From the person answering the phone, to the technicians that did the install have been outstanding. They had a few challenges but they took care of the problems and I couldn't be happier with our system. I highly recommend Absolute Air for your Heating and AC needs. I would highly recommend Daniel & Absolute Air AC&Heating. I called for a quote on a whole house replacement of AC&Heating units. Daniel showed up right on time. Very likable person. He explained the specials before the month ran out. I usually get a quote from 2 or 3 companies, but I was very pleased with Daniel & Absolute Air AC&Heating, so I hired them that day. Jason, Johnny and Danalle did an amazing job. Not only did they take everything out and put all the new stuff in without damaging anything, they also walked me through everything and made sure I understand and had everything connected to the apps. They had very great patience with my 2 year old wanting to say hi or bye every time they walked in or out of the door. My grandmother called me one morning telling me it was extremely cold in her house. After careful research I called Absolute Air Conditioning. I was thinking it would be some days before coming to the rescue. When Ashley said Oh No we can come out within the next hour - I was in shock in a good way. They were very punctual and also sent a photo of the technician via text for peace of mind. This company far exceeded the 5 star rating with the quality of work and communication using me as a pivot point to help my dear sweet grandmother. I can't just pick one person from this company. Everyone, from the owner to office personnel to all of his crew are the easiest people to work with!! Our HVAC system went down Sunday night. Called the office Monday morning and Daniel was out by that afternoon. It was non repairable, so a new complete system had to be installed. He and John found the perfect system to upgrade to at the best price in town. By Wednesday afternoon, they had the new one in place and working!!!
