I had my fall tune-up done this past Tuesday. Troy showed up right at the beginning of my service window. He has been here before so he got right to it. After he finished he went over the results with me before he left. Since the system is fairly new it's in pretty good shape and we want to keep it that way. Troy was able to service my A/C the same day that I called to report a problem. He sent a text when he was on his way along with his picture so I knew whom I could expect and it was a nice security feature. Jason and Blake was called out to install a new system after the first technician they sent out to check the system found it un-repairable and needed replacing he made the call and they came out the same day and installed the new system they did a great job. Thanks Jason and Blake. to all who read this we use Absolute Air at our Church in Kemp they are honest and fair on the cost of service. we also have had some of our members needing A/C work done and when Absolute Air was called they are there by the next day in most cases. I called Absolute Air at 8AM on a Saturday and the phone was answered by a service. Right away my call was returned by a representative of Absolute Air informing me that they had received my call and that a tech would be contacting me soon for my service. Just a few minutes later I received a call from Daniel, the service tech, who asked me what type of problems I was having. After a short discussion he gave me an estimated time of arrival as he was completing the call he was on and had another service call ahead on mine. Daniel was right on time and fixed the problem in short fashion. He was very friendly and professional. He took the time to inspect the total unit and provided us with helpful information to ensure that our system was safe and dependable.
There was no extra charges for the Saturday call and the repairs were very reasonable. This is the second time I have used Absolute Air and would strongly recommend them to anyone needing service work, duct cleaning, or any other services.

A/C went out at 2am. Our grandson is handicapped and needs the A/C for Medical reasons. Called a few minutes after 8 and by 8:20, they had dispatched Daniel Chronister to our home. Daniel was very professional, friendly and knew exactly what to look for. All the pricing was upfront and he had the replacement part on his truck.
