ARS Rescue Rooter Nashville happened to be who installed our new AC Unit through Home Depot a couple years ago, and we've always used them for any maintenance needs on our HVAC since then.
Yesterday morning, our air stopped blowing in our house, and we called ARS. They had one of their technicians, Lukas, out there within a few hours and he was able to pinpoint the problem immediately. Unfortunately, he didn't have the part we needed on hand, but was able to make a call and get the part on a truck on a rush delivery so he could fix it the next day. He was even able to get the AC unit to blow out a little bit of air in the meantime, even if it didn't do terribly much to help. It did, however, help in the fact that our house never got above 83 degrees. He left that day and said he'd be back in the morning.
Sure enough, Lukas showed back up the next morning with the part in hand, and had it completely fixed in about 15 minutes. Our AC is now cranking just as good if not better than it was before, and we (as well as our dogs) couldn't be happier that our air is back on.
Every encounter we've had with ARS has been extremely pleasant and professional, and Lukas is no exception. He was very friendly, polite, and seemed to genuinely care about helping us as opposed to treating it like another normal job.

Marcial B and Craig W were my team of ventilation cleaners. They were both the best in every way. Super personable, polite, efficient, great with my obnoxious/nervous lap dogs lol, to the point where they were all friends afterwards. A huge plus in my book. They even cleaned up thoroughly to include vacuuming afterwards. I couldn't have asked for more. I attempted to leave separate reviews for each via Google, however, a system kink would only allow me to leave 1 review for the same company. Marcial B and Craig W with ARS in Nashville were my techs and cleaned my vents inside and out did an awesome job! Both men were professional, friendly, polite, cleaned up everything afterwards and even vacuumed. On top of that, they went out of their way to be super nice to my 2 lap dogs, 1 who is a rescue and he is afraid of all men. Well, by the end of the day, they were all best friends. Nobody likes to have AC problems but I felt very blessed today to have two young men from ARS/Rescue Rooter Nashville come to our aid. It was discovered that our AC/Heating unit had multiple problems along with being covered with mold inside. The unit is 14-yrs-old and the cost to repair it was just not adding up. Lukos M. took pictures of the problems so that he could show me and explain what issues we were facing. I decided that it was time to go the next step and look at possibly replacing the unit. Lukos M. made contact with his company and explained that I had the day off today and checked to see if someone could come out to talk to me so that I wouldn't have to take an additional day off. Within the hour Fritz Byrd came to our house and took his time to explain what our options were. Fritz compared 4 units and expained the differences and the costs involved. I felt no pressure and was very pleased with how both men were willing to patiently answer all my questions and actually made what could have been a very difficult decision quite painless. Fritz also made suggestions for financing and was able to set everything up for me before he left. I would not hesitate to recommend ARS/Nashville to anyone who may be needing repairs or replacement.

PART TWO - Happy to share the rest of the story... Kevin Jones and Hector Hernandez arrived early Saturday morning and worked steady to remove the old unit and to install the new AC/Heating Unit. They were hard and efficient workers and so thoughtful and understanding... The old unit was the last project that my husband completed before he passed away. My daughter and I were sort of sad to see that old piece of metal being hauled off so the guys removed the metal label and a couple of small parts to give to her before they left!!! I could not have asked for a better installation team or a better company all the way around! Thank you ARS/Nashville! You are the BEST!!! 07/28/18 |
