I can not say enough wonderful things about this company and their awesome technician Craig W. he not only came out in a timely manner but was able to acutely diagnose what our hvac is sure was incredibly fast and fixed it within the same visit. He was transparent throughout the whole visit. I have already referred the company/tech to another friend of ours who is also having a hvac issue. Went disaster struck our hvac unit this evening I was lost on who to call and/or trust (especially with it being so late). Thankfully with one call A.R.S. sent out a wonderful technician Craig W. he could not have more knowledge or polite. He promptly was able to accurately diagnose what the issue was. Craig was transparent throughout the whole process. Now I do not usually post reviews one way or the other. But I was so impressed by not only how awesome the company was to be able to send someone out outside of "normal" business hours; as I was expecting to be miserable for at least 12 hours. But also with Craig, he was able to be to my house in about an hour, then diagnose/fix/verify the fix in another hour. Overall I highly recommend this company and greatly appreciate that they have such a genuinely good hearted and trustworthy technician working with them. They definitely have a new customer for life. Our A/C was not working and we met with Billy from Rescue Rooter to get a quote on a new one. He throughly explained the differences between the different opinions and their prices. This young man arrived at my home on September 27th after 8:30 pm with a smile, introduced himself with ID very Visible. He was very respectful and pleasant to work with. after not be able to fix the problem on this visit the company called me on the 28th to let me know they were sending him back and after spending more than 4 hours he found the problem and made repairs, and all the time apologizing for the delay. The representative was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took time to explain anything I asked about the product or plans for installation. I was given options and he wast most helpful in my decision making. Most of all, his demeanor made me feel very comfortable with just the two of us taking care of the appointment. Sometimes females are made to feel pressured and uncomfortable when dealing with these types of things. I must say, he put me at ease from the beginning and it carried out through the entire appointment. When I asked if he would come back with the crew for installation of unit, he replied that he would check in if I would like! Now, I'm looking forward to a great installation day! 09/18/18 |

I've been using this group for about 2 years now. It started with needing to deal with an HVAC that wouldn't hold coolant. This group has educated and helped me to make informed decisions; from replacing a system to regular maintenance. As a business they are quick to offer solutions and products for purchase but I've never felt pressured. They value their work. This is not a group to expect to be cheap because they deliver a quality product. I've never felt the expense was anything but appropriate for the level of work and expertise. Each time I make a decision on what I want done they find the best value for dollar they can with combination services or just adding that little extra touch that shows they take pride in their work. I just had my HVAC serviced by Mr. Ward. He was on time based on my appointment time. He proceeded to test the temperatures in my vents and explained everything that he was doing as he went along. He also explained things I could do to get the BEST service from my unit. After checking to make sure everything was fine on the inside, he went out side to service the unit. When he was finished he came back and explained to me some options I have for getting the cooling the upper level of my home. I would recommend him to anyone that needs excellent service! Having been highly satisfied with a recently purchased HVAC system for our primary home, of course we contacted ARC again when our lake house system decided to "self destruct" during ongoing 90 degree summer months. Another good decision, but this time we had the benefit of Billy Keathley, service professional, to guide us through the various choices and options and warranties and rebates, and etc.etc. Billy is most knowledgeable about his products and has the ability to convey his information so that it is easy to understand. This is especially important when choosing a product with which you have limited experience. We were shown and discussed four possible options for our replacement system and now being aware of their similarities and differences, choosing what seemed best for our needs was made far easier. It is rare to meet such a personable, engaging, as well as a highly informed representative from any company. ARC should be commended for employing such a professional person. The team of men that worked to get my new air & heat system were outstanding gentlemen. Garrett did an outstanding explaining what I was getting and how it worked. The installers were very professional. They knew exactly what they were doing and worked very swiftly. They cleaned up and couldn't tell that they were even here, except for the fact that I actually had air conditioning again.
