We had a complete new furnace installment two days before Thanksgiving, it was installed by Dave & Jason. They were both respectful of our time & our home. They were on time, neat in their appearance, wore the shoe nets over their shoes while in the house, and kept their work space clean. Dave really took time to explain what they did, walked me through how to work the controls (very patiently) did not make me feel rushed or illiterate when I didn't quite get it the first time. They were very professional. As for AA Service Company, they were clear and concise with pricing (no surprises at the end of the job). They sent a service adviser out to do an on-site estimate, he was thorough in explaining what would have to be done & why, and they delivered on everything. Ted T was fantastic. i called the answering service at 7:30am the Sunday before Christmas. Ted T contacted me within about an hour. Since he had other appointments, he called me a few times throughout the day to give me an idea when he would make it to my house. That was immensely helpful as I had to do ALL my Christmas shopping. When he arrived, he explained to me what he thought was the problem (which doesnt always happen with repair folks b/c I am a gal). Jim G did my winter service and I am very happy with the job he did. He came on time, reviewed what he was going to do. He changed the filters and at my request reviewed the humidifier settings with me. He was very professional,courteous, answered my questions and reviewed the service bill for the filters. I received a card in the mail describing AA Service for heating and cooling. I was unhappy with the expense of my present service supplier as they were becoming very expensive. I called AA Service to inquire about their service package and I was very pleased that the cost was significantly less then I am presently paying. The service representative was professional and informative and clearly explained their services. The appointment was set up within a couple of weeks of my call. The AA Service professional, Petr, was highly knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. No attempt was made to sell me anything or to claim that any of the furnaces were defective. He offers suggestions to keep our furnaces running smoothly. He has to climb into our attic and go to a remote spot to service that furnace and never appears to be "put out" by this difficult location. So when we needed a new furnace, air conditioner, and water heater we turned to them for the purchase and installation. I probably could have learned how to install furnaces if I had asked enough questions. They left our basement clean and the furniture was returned to the proper places.
