Tommy S. did a great job with my annual maintenance check. He explained the differences (pros/cons) of filters levels (FPR 4 to 10). I like to change my filter often so he explained the best way to change the filter on my furnace model. The door was stuck shut, so Tommy fixed it to make it more user-friendly for me to change the filter next time. Tommy was friendly, respectful, professional, knowledgeable and timely. AA Service Company gives five-star service. We've used them for a decade and have nothing but praise for them. The past few times we've needed our twice-a-year checkup, Phet has come out as our service technician. He is thoughtful, knowledgeable and quick. We always get a time window for our appointment and regular calls to let us know how his schedule is going. The updates are nice. Even better is the quality of service. Phet is kind and incredibly competent as a service professional. He has spotted potential trouble with our system, pointed out long-term options and short-term fixes, but never with the intention of "up-selling" equipment or service. Because of his competence, we've never had anything but very minor repairs, filter changes, system cleaning and set-up for the heating or cooling season.
