Our heater seemed to stop working so I called AA and they answered right away. It was 7pm on a Thursday night. I left my phone number with the operator and Petr, the technician on call, responded in about 5 minutes. After discussing the issue for about 5 mins, he said he will be arriving within 2 hours. He arrived in about 90 mins and was here for about 45 mins. He fixed two issues with the heater and instructed me the best type of filter to get based on the system we have in place in the condo. Andy is so polite,thoughtful and efficient. He clearly explained what was wrong with our 15 year old boiler .Thanks to his thorough nature of doing the job right , we avoided having our expansion tank leak all over the floor( which would have caused a lot of clean up and misery). Andy C. came to service/clean out our AC and heating units. First off, Andy was really personable, friendly, and easy to talk to. He let me know where he would start first and what his plan was for the time he was here. He asked me questions as he went along - and informed me of what he was finding. Our units were SUPER dirty! Andy went above and beyond - he removed a piece from an air intake vent that vastly IMPROVED the air flow in the house. When he moved outside to the AC unit he found a mouse had created a little home inside the unit and had chewed through some of the wires. He cleaned the unit out - removed the mouse house and repaired the wires. When he turned the heat back on I was able to turn the heat from 71 down to 65 because of the adjustments he had made! AMAZING! Andy was really professional and knowledgeable. I felt like he enjoyed sharing his insight and expertise with me and I found that refreshing. Dave D was the lead on installing our two new furnaces. He and his teammate arrived on time and finished when they said they would. They wore booties and when they finished, the house was the way they found it. The carrier furnaces are more efficient and hopefully will be more economical. We had a great experience with AA Service Co. We had an old (20 years) furnace that died and they came out here immediately. They tried a couple of things but the furnace was dead. Instead of trying to up-sell us while we were in a bind, they were very honest and told us which was the best furnace for our house and lifestyle. First thing the next morning Dave D was here to install the furnace and we are now toasty warm. He triple checked all of the levels and even looked in each register to make sure we were running most efficiently. Dave A. & Frank P. did an outstanding job installing my new furnace. Despite having to tear the old furnace out piece by piece because of an especially difficult install, they left the cabinet cleaner than when they arrived. They went above and beyond to diagnose and repair a malfunctioning humidifier and an improperly installed air conditioner (done by some other company before I purchased my home).

AA Service Co is outstanding. I had a furnace die on Thursday evening. We contacted another highly rated company on Yelp who came out Friday and offered to install a Goodman furnace. The cost seemed high though so I called AA on Friday night. Brock Hopma came out Saturday morning and provided a quote for a Carrier furnace for 25% less. He also shuffled their scheduling to be able to install the furnace first thing Monday morning.
On arrival, Dave A & Frank P laid down tarps, used shoe covers, and got to work removing the old furnace. Tearing out is more appropriate though as there was literally zero clearance between the old furnace and the ducting. Dave & Frank had to disassemble the old furnace piece by piece with screwdrivers and a sawzall to be able to remove it. Despite all this they kept the area extremely neat and clean - in fact the furnace cabinet was cleaner when they left than when they began.
To top it all off, Dave & Frank also diagnosed and repaired my malfunctioning humidifier and an existing installation problem with the air conditioner (done before I purchased my home) that was causing my weak cooling in the summer.
