They came out, cleaned my system and got my humidifier working immediately. They said that someone had reset the settings to be outside the manufacturer's settings, and that's why my furnace wasn't working. They reset my furnace settings and gave me place to call. They were FANTASTIC. They were at my house for 4 hours and they called the manufacturer to make sure they felt comfortable leaving me with the furnace. Jeff C. 02/07/14 |

AA Service Co and Ted T in particular are first rate. Our furnace broke in the middle of one of those below 0 nights. After calling around first thing in the morning (and getting lots of no answers) we were so excited to get a day of appointment and friendly customer service from AA Service.
Ted was very professional, diagnosed the issue promptly, gave me the full play by play of what was wrong / what he was going to do, quoted me out, and performed an expert repair. I am happy to report my heat is back on and functioning, all thanks to Ted.

We had great service from Ted T. who came to do our OLD boiler's yearly maintenance. He was able to answer any and all questions I had regarding its care. I really appreciated his knowledge and respect for this old but solid clunker. 12 years ago I had problems with my furnace and I called Sears to service it. They came back 4 different times and couldn't figure out what the problem was (charging me for each visit!). Finally, I decided to call AA Service (known as Blue Dot back then) and Ralph C. came to the rescue. He knew right away what the problem was, took the time to explain what was happening, and fixed it right away. I've been a loyal customer ever since. Ralph came to the rescue again today when my furnace quit on me during -17 degree weather. Once again, his service was impeccable . . . quick, courteous, and thoughtful.
