We got an enormous water bill and called this company to help us find the leak. They sent someone that day, he arrived about 90 minutes after we called. He was friendly (and not afraid of dogs) and quickly gathered the info to identify the problem. He explained everything clearly and gave us options including the cost to help us make a decision. He gave me a little tutorial to help me with future issues. This is the second time they have helped us. I am confident in their honesty and competence. Jay Romero was our plumber both times.

My wfe and I were extremely impressed with Jay's performance. He arrived on time to install a new hot water heater. He removed the old one, purchased a new one, and did an outstanding job in installing the new one in a very confined space.. Your 1 Plumber agent was excellent in his knowledge and skill. Unclogged my washing machine drain with care to the surroundings and certainty the problem was resolved, Ran the snake 2 times and tested the drain 3 times. He was both personable and professional. Time spent to explain the process and cost so I completely understood what he could do and the cost. I appreciated the company sending his profile via email before his arrival. The problem was a toilet that was flushing and draining very slowly. Not clogged completely yet, but getting there. The technician who was dispatched was Jay Romero. He listened to my explanation, asked several questions, had me flush the upstairs (secondary) toilet. He did some thinking and looking before he gave me a recommendation. Some of these plumbers nowadays walk in the front door and they already know what they going to say. We are very pleased that Jay does some investigating and analysis first. He is trying to fix the problem, not rebuild the entire house. I feel if he makes a recommendation, I can trust him. This is an edit to the original review. I had another problem that Mr. Romero looked at. The flapper in the toilet developed blisters and leaked, causing the tank to replenish itself periodically all day. Again, we thought is was the flapper, but he checked first by introducing dye. You could then see the dye leaking into the toilet bowel from the tank. Then he completed the repair. I thankful that he is thinking and checked first. Good company, good technician.

Your 1 plumber William K. was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He fully explained what he was going to repair and within 2 hours he completed the job successfully. Prior to his coming to his 9 AM appointment with us the office called to confirm his appointment and arrival time. Very disappointed. The plumber came and before he actually did anything he said it will cost me $400 just to identify where the leak is coming from, then another $400-$500 to fixed it. I said thank you, paid the $29 fee for him showing up and as soon as he left called another company. $400 to identify where the leak is? Smh. I will never call that company again.

They were very responsive and the plumber showed up at the time agreed on. From the customer service to the plumber's arrival and quality of work everything was great. I just think it was too expensive and when I told my neighbors it cost $810 to replace a faucet, they agreed it was too expensive. I have used them in the past and they always to good quality work I just don't like their pricing.
