This company over charged my wife for 5 minutes of work if you want to call it that. When I called to better understand the charge the unprofessional women that answered the phone told me that it should’ve been more. She said same price for 2 minutes or 2 hours of work...unbelievable!! As a business owner myself I’m shocked of the lack of integrity from this company and plan on leaving reviews so hopefully this doesn’t happen to other people looking for a honest & fair company. THis plumber came to diagnose a lack of pressure from my well pump. he found a leak at the very uper end of the pump hose. before he even know what the leak was , gave the price for taking the pump out of the well, and fix the pipe, 1767.00. after he found the lesk , right at the top , did not need to take the pump out , it took about 30 minutes to replace one coupling, and was donne . I ask him how much was the new price, because he did not had to drag 300 l/feet of pipe, wich it was going to take 3 to 4 hours, surprisingly toll me the price was 1.767.00. Tha was the most expensive coupling tha I had to pay. But this plumber, week end plumber, cause me a biger problem. I have a very expensive filtration system, and every time someone does some work with well pump, when you turn the system on, you have to close the filtration system, so the contaminated water dos not clog the filters, and he did not do that,my filter are cloged now, and I had to call my filtration system contractor. first thing they ask me: did the plumber close the filters system? of course I toll him the truth: NO, when he toll me , that he has to come and clean the system, meaning that I got another bill to pay. I called my credit card and contested the charge, but I think that I have to take this plumber to Court.

The shower faucets needed to have the gaskets replaced. The faucets were too old and removal of the core was not working. So, it required replacement of the entire faucet and shower head. Mario and Wilmer brought in the necessary replacement and completed the job within an hour. They cleaned up the work space after and tested the system. I highly recommend Your 1 Plumber. Very Professional !

Mario C. of Your 1 Plumber installed a new kitchen sink faucet to replace an old one that had been leaking. He did an excellent job, the new faucet works well. He was prompt, professional, efficient and courteous through the entire process. Also important during this time of the COVID-19 pandemic was his careful adherence to all recommended health and safety practices.
