We had a clogged sink in our 2nd floor bathroom and they cleared it, but later that day we discovered that our basement was flooded and we found that the water was coming from the basement sink. We ran the sink upstairs, left in on and went downstairs and saw that water was pooling into the basement sink. We run back upstairs, turn off the water, and the water stops filling up in the sink. The upstairs bathroom and basement sink share the same drainage pipe and leads into the main sewage line and is separate from our bathtub and toilet piping (Both which drain just fine). All the plumber did was push the clog from the upstairs sink drainage into the basement sink drain. Our plumber does not understand this and they refused to fix it stating that its a separate issue and wanted to charge us another $330 for unclogging the basement drain. Additional information: The basement sink drained complete fine prior to the plumbing, it was only after this plumber came that it was drained because he pushed the clog from the upstairs sink to the basement sink and since both sinks DRAIN IN THE SAME PIPE LEADING INTO THE MAIN LINE, it was clogged. Our bathtub and toilets feed into the main line and drain just fine. The upstairs bathroom and basement sink both share the same piping and lead to the main line and are both clogged. Our upstairs sink is technically clogged its just that the water is pooling into the basement since its the lowest point.

Based on what I thought the problem was with my gas water heater, I was quoted a price around $270 to fix. When person saw heater he simple did a restart (pushed red button to restart pilot light) and did nothing else, but still charge for all of the other unnecessary work, as opposed to charging for a restart (30 seconds of work). Very confusing as to why bill wasn't adjusted, I have reached out and received no response.

YOU SUCK I had you come out to replace the bolts that attached the tank to the bowl on the toilet. I know this is a simple job that can be done in an afternoon with a few YouTube videos but I have guests coming into town tonight. The job should have been between 120-220. Your ridiculous estimate was $450.00!!!! That is price gouging at it's finest.

209$ was a rip off just to open the lid and tell it's a problem with the valve
