The plumber, Jeff, was very professional, friendly and courteous. He explained plainly what I needed and sought to get me a great deal, as well as tell me about all the other services the company supplies. Jeff performed his duties smoothly and took only an hour to replace the old faucet and make upgrades and repairs. Extremely professional and friendly service from start to finish. Chad treated us and our pets with respect. He was patient with us as we explained what we'd already tried and let us know what he was going to do. He not only did a great job, but cleaned up after he finished the job. My boiler man retired & chose to sell his business to Tipping Hat.
Kevin & Jeff came to drain my expansion tank and check my ancient boiler (house built in 1898) -- so boiler is at least 60-75 years old. Most plumbers just want me to buy a new one instead of maintain the old monster. They were professional and clean and didn't try to talk me into purchasing something I do not need nor want.

Jessica was our first impression of the company as Tipping Hat was recommended to us by my brother in law.
I have always thought that the person who answers the phone represents the entire company and Jessica gets 5 stars here, nice professional voice, polite, respectful, no pauses in her voice, answered all questions promptly, very knowledgeable about the company.
Kevin - 5 stars. Pofessional in all services that Tipping Hat provides. We were fairly sure we needed a new water heater and we were right, Kevin showed us why. We were also sure we could nt get one the same day... Wrong, Kevin checked with the office for inventory they did nt have the heater we needed but found one with more capacity and gave us the same price as the smaller unit. The company's trucks look great. (also says a lot about the company).
Great job Tipping Hat ......... already recommended you to a neighbor.

Tipping Hat has attracted the best team of professionals, and we couldn't be more pleased with their work. We've had a very tough year in plumbing (clay pipe finally collapsed, old faucets causing problems, etc), and every repair is done far better than we've seen from other plumbing companies in the past. But what truly sets them apart from other qualified plumbing companies is their customer service.
Every plumber on staff is solution-oriented (rather than the "it can't be done' attitude from other plumbers). In a couple instances, they saved us more money than we had thought possible.

Justin and Zibah were outstanding today installing 3 bedrooms ceiling fans with lights as well as 2 bathrooms exhaust fans with lights. Both Justin and Zibah were knowledgeable, professional, and didn't leave until I was COMPLETELY SATISFIED with the work they performed. Justin came to my triplex and was able to find my electrical problem immediately. I had a thermostat that was defective and it burned out one of my floor heaters. Justin was able to explain what had happened and made recommendations for repair and protection against further failures. We replaced the heater and three thermostats. We got rid of the hazard. That gave me a peace of mind. We were lucky a fire had not occurred and I'm confident we won't have one now thanks to Justin. Justin was polite, friendly and professional. Thanks Justin. We won't use anyone but Tipping Hat for our plumbing repairs! We've had a rough year- needed a new sewer pipe, kitchen faucet actually broke, and we had a tough-to-find source of a water leak inside one of our walls. Tipping Hat not only employs the best plumbers (truly- they are exceptional), but they go far beyond expectations in customer service. When our sewer pipe needed to be replaced, they "found" a coupon to help us out. Omar, the plumber who has had some of our more challenging repairs inside this older home, has been able to repair problems that we were told by other companies would require complete replacement. They are courteous beyond compare, find less expensive options for repair, and their work is impeccable. Save yourself from plumbing hassles- just use Tipping Hat- we recommend them highly. Service Pro and Jed P. to be very helpful and nice people they went out of there way to help us as it was very cold out that night with temps in the single digits.
