Mr. Marat Sayapov was such a nice person, even after I doubted him. He didn't give up and finally convinced me. I feel he was an angel sent from heaven. He was so awesome sauce. I will never use anyone else. And only want to use him, because he sold me on customer service. Which I could give him higher.

I had to have my entire house replumbed and updated from a Polybutylene system. Carlos went above and beyond to see the job was done correctly all the way through to inspection. TJ was awesome in a very difficult situation with our clogged toilet. I called Pink Plumber, they scheduled me right away and TJ arrived on time and very prepared. He unclogged our toilet in a few minutes and we were back in business. We also had TJ change out our toilet seat. Sounds simple but I was unable to figure it out for weeks, but with TJ, easy. I am a 25 year real estate agent who has encountered about every situation you can think of and during an inspection on one of my listings, it was uncovered that the home still has Polybutylene pipes. We needed several estimates to have them replaced as you cannot get insurance with this type of piping for a new homeowner. It was recommended I call Pink Plumbers as one of my estimates, Sean Latzen was very knowledgeable and an expert in dealing with this type of piping. Called Pink Plumber after four days of trying to unclog a toilet on my own. Remembered seeing their pink trucks while driving and called. They scheduled me the same day!

Marat from Pink Plumber was punctual, polite, and clean. He didn't even laugh that hard at me when we realized that our kitchen leak was coming from a cracked gallon of water. Instead, he gave our entire house a check up and made recommendations about what will likely need to be replaced in the near future, but wasn't pushy with his recommendations. Felix R was beyond helpful. He went out of his way to make sure things were done right. I can not believe all the help I recieved. I was able to get in my a short time notice. Even the managment was doing thier best to help me. He is happy and outgoing with a great attitude. He needs to be recognized with all his efforts to make sure that not only myself but my neighbor was reasured that he would make sure that the problem was cleared up. I hope no more issues. Let me start by saying I can do my own numbing and usually do, but yesterday frustrated the dickens out of me and I needed a professional. So glad I called the Pink Plumber and had Tommy respond. Tommy was very professional, helpful, immediately diagnosed the problem. He even gave me a few pointers on plumbing while he made the repairs which I really appreciated. Guy was on time and reliable gave me a good Multiple estimates on different methods we could go about the problem as well as different price quote. Thank you Pink Plumber, I am very pleased with the job that Mike and Jason did on my house. They Repipe my entire house and also installed a new water heater and a water softener. Your technicians worked very hard and didn't leave until they were sure the job was completed and working properly. Mike is an excellent employee and very knowledgeable, shows up on time- is efficient- clean- neat- and very reasonable- guy you feel comfortable talking with. From my experience I feel that Pink Plumber have plumbers who know what they are doing. I was so pleased with their workmanship and how they explained to me what they did and were so professional and nice. I also would like to mentioned that Jason assisted Mike with the job and he also is a tremendous asset to your company. He is fun and such a pleasure to work with and easy to have around, plus his work ethic is contagious. On a side joke I think Jason suffers from (CRS) Can't remember Shit...lol...just kidding. Felix R. and Joe were the best. We had a bad leak under the pad for the house in a small bathroom closet. They had every tool necessary to complete the job and the entire job was finished by 5pm ! All necessary repairs were done inside the closet, they were very polite and cleaned up everything before they left. They even skipped lunch to make sure they could finish in 1 day !
