Mike was professional, knowledgeable, astute, friendly, amenable, flexible, etc. Given the difficulty set by KY Management Property, Mike was amenable and worked within the ever-changing constraints. My house is a 1920s bungalow that had "frankensteined" plumbing installed by various owners over the years. David Lankford completed the repipe of my house with hard copper pipe, going where other less-skilled plumbers wouldn't dare go by soldering joints under my wood-framed house. He was extremely careful at all times and kept a fire extinguisher at hand, patiently making all the connections. He reused existing holes where possible, keeping damage to my walls and floors to a minimum. Best of all, he is easy to talk to and pleasant to work with! This is not the first time I've had David do plumbing work, and I would not hesitate to call him again or recommend him to anyone. He is absolutely ethical in how he works and wants to make the customer happy, but most importantly, he is skilled and does the job right. David L. 11/21/18 |

Saw one of their trucks which is big and pink and needed some quick work while we're renovating a bathroom. I called them up about 2 and by 4 p.m. TJ showed up. He was knowledgeable and courteous and gave me some options before completing the work. I definitely needed some suggestions which helped the job greatly. He cleaned up when he was finished and everything seems to be perfect. This company obviously realizes the importance of reviews and social media which is awesome I would highly recommend them. Toilet broke (only one I have) on a Saturday. Went down the list of plumbers online, Pink Plumber was the third plumber I called and first to answer the phone immediately (voice mail on the other two). They said they would call a service rep to get someone out that day, a few hours later they called to say that Steve H was on his way. He was apparently on his way home and took the call to come out and get me fixed up. Steve was friendly, knowledgeable, and fixed the problem quickly. I called for service for a clogged toilet in a Sunday. The girls who answered the phone were courteous and helpful and within a few hours, within the time frame, Steve arrived at my house and was very helpful. I had a problem on Sunday when a county worker noticed that I had a wet area near the water meter. ( it was due to be changed) He let me know that I had a leak in my water supply line, that I would need to reach out to a plumber for repair. I called Sunday evening and had an appointment scheduled for Monday between the hrs of 9 and 1. In the morning, I was called by Tabitha, ( Excellent customer service rep) to confirm the appointment that morning, and then was called by Richard the tech letting me know when he would be there.
Richard was EXCELLENT! He was patient, knowledgeable, polite, easy to talk to and provided me with options for repair. He fixed my issue and spent time with me after the work was done. I cant say enough about the quality of service and my experiences with the "Pink Plumber. " Richard is a definite keeper. I am in the Appliance Service business as well, and can only hope that my techs would mirror the experience that i received from Richard and the " Pink Plumber" staff.

Marat is very professional, explained every detail of the work to be done, pleasant and above all a very hard worker in the hot weather of yesterday. The only thing I was a bit upset was about a mistake: first he told me that for that job a one yr guarantee was given and after the job was done he told me that his boss said NO that they will give me a 90 days instead. Ever been overwhelmed and wishing the right person would just show up? That was me this week with plumbing problems. I emailed quite a few plumbers, explained my situation and waited. Only The Pink Plumber responded to me quickly. Weekend hours? Check. Cost extra? Nope. Already, I was sure I had found the right plumbing company.
From Megan and Christina on the phone, to Jason showing up at my door, I felt like I mattered and they cared. Jason knows his plumbing, but more than that he knows human beings. Despite my situation being topsy turvy, difficult and then even more difficult, he flew over each hurdle.
My family has found our lifelong plumber. I wish we had met him /before/ they tried to be DIYers with the plumbing. (Where did that main valve shut off pipe go anyway???)
