The technicians came out the same day I called within a little over an hour. They were polite and professional. It was more expensive than I thought it would be and there wasn't a senior citizen discount; I had a handyman service here who had fortunately already pulled the toilet or this service would have charged me an additional $200 for that. My bathtub faucet fell off. Thank goodness I had just turned the water off.! I called Pink Plumber.. Richard Q came to the rescue! He was very polite and professional. He explained everything that he could do and gave me choices. He had to get to the pipes behind the wall. Even crawled under my kitchen counter to get to the other side (also my old house has old plumbing.) Richard fixed my problem. He is EXCELLENT! I Highly recommend him. Robert P. came out on Sunday, December 30th, a holiday weekend. We apologized for the fact that he had to come out on a Sunday afternoon. He said it was not a problem at all. He said that's what I do. He did a great job and was very kind to explain things to me so that I could understand what was going on. I would request him again. Pricey, but what can you expect the Saturday before Christmas and my home has only one commode, so, I was up the creek without a paddle. the plumber arrive timely, seemed to appreciate my suggestion as to how to use a shorter ladder to get up on the roof, spent a long time working to unclog the pipe from the roof vent, and finally, as it was getting dark, he finished. the lady on the phone already offered to waive the 89 service fee, and the plumber seemed to add that in as an incentive, even though it was already offered to be before he arrived at my house. 90 day guarantee, I think Ted C. 12/29/18 |

Robert Potochney was by far the best plumber we have EVER had. Smart, articulate, well mannered, informative and got the job done. He figured out what was wrong and immediately set to work . When I called for a plumber it was 5:00 pm on a long holiday weekend. the Pink Plumber receptionist was right on it and she also did a really great job. She said we would have a plumber today and we would get an hours notice. before he arrived. We got a notice at 5 pm and before six he was here. He worked diligently for two hours! When he finished I said thank you for coming out so late. He just smiled and told me he loved what he did and knew we were in trouble so he elongated an already long day and came to our rescue. He obviously cares about his customers and he is the best example of a man dedicated to his chosen trade that I have met! Finally, they are the Pink Plumbers because they give part of their earning to help eradicate breast cancer. You can not do better than that! Hire them for all your plumbing needs! Marat was very knowledgeable. He gave me three estimates. After I decided which one he started work immediately. After removing the old water heater he advised me he was going to get the new one. He came back with the new heater and promptly installed it. His work was very good. He offered to check out my fixtures but since I had them installed recently there was no need. Excellent service as always. We have used thus company several times before which is why we called them today. They do a great job . One thing that really impressed us is their communication. They called us prior to visit to let us know time frame. Then called again to update us in where they were in coming out. Finally calling us to let us know they were on the way. Their service professional was friendly, courteous and helpful. He explained what was needed and why, offerrrd suggestions and gave us the cost we would incur. We had a water softener malfunction causing the brine to go into all our water lines clogging our tubs, faucets and tankless water heater. We had no water pressure. TJ and Bill were very meticulous with each line to ensure all the brine build up was cleaned out.. They were able to flush out the water heater so we would not need to buy a new one saving us money. They left every room clean. We appreciate their professional and friendly manners. They did not rush to get the job done but they worked to ensure it was done right.
