I had a plumber come out on the 26th of june. He did not fix the issue and i paid $570 for nothing. It took me 1 week to finally get a hold of someone to explain my frustration. After two weeks i had a appointment finally made for 7/6. I was told the appointment was between 9-1. I was not informed of them being late or who my technician was. I called three times in 4 hours. I was told they would be there within the hour. 2 hours later my technician Sean showed up. He was not the technician assigned to me. He was just thrown onto the job without any previous knowledge of my issue. He greeted with a friendly smile and gathered all the information needed to do the job properly. Even though he should have already been informed this was a warranty call. Apparently there is a lack of communication in this company. Although Sean was misinformed, he helped in every way possible. He showed me what I need to look for, how the pipes work, the drains, things home owners should know. He camered the line and let me watch and he was on time , considering he was told i was informed he was over an hour away which i was not, no one called me back. I Now understanding what needs to be corrected. He was very compassionate thorough , and had nothing but good things to say about the other plumber and how much believes in the company. I greatly appreciated his kindness, understanding, and knowledge. By being more concerned about my peace of mine and not worrying about charging to figure out what was going on He Just restored my faith in the pink plumbers. Instead of trying to take advantage of the Customer for money, he truly wants to help them.
He is my preferred technician.

The Pink Plumber Richard Q was the most knowledgeable and helpful plumber! We needed a second opinion on a main line water leak. He dug in without hesitation and confirmed our leak. He came up with a detailed plan to resolve the issue. I sincerely appreciate his attention to detail and excellent customer service. Our house plumbing was backed up, coming out toilets, tubs, sinks etc.... 8 am today 4th time in a year tons of money later with no real answer and clwarly temporary fix. Dominic from The Pink Plumber was at our house by 930 and with in 30 min we new what thw actual problem is and has been since we moved in. Dominc was professional and clearly new his trade. Great experience from call to completion. First contact with Destiny was efficient and courteous, I really appreciated the upfront mention of a service call fee. Plumber Aaron was very professional, pleasant, neat, and on time; clearly knows his stuff, had the job done more quickly than I’d imagined possible. All pricing and explanations of work to be done being discussed prior to the job gave me great piece of mind knowing what to expect. Needed a kitchen faucet replaced. Couldn't do it myself as the shut off valves would not cooperate. Pink Plumber has someone available next day. Aaron was very nice and professional. One of our toilets stopped working, I YouTubed some basic steps to see what the problems were. I couldn’t fix it on my own and called The Pink Plumber, they offered a next day appointment (Saturday) window of 8-12. They called me at 7:30 am to say the technician would be at my home within the hour. Nick the technician arrived at 8:02am and assessed the issues and offered three solutions. We agreed on a course of action and he took before and after pictures and explained everything he did in a way that made sense but wasn’t patronizing; plus there was zero mess. I was totally overwhelmed with the water damage that I discovered in my bathroom. I contacted The Pink Plumber and they were able to send somebody out same day. Richard came out; he was on time, very friendly, professional and explained everything that needed to be done. He even cheered me up since he saw how stressed out I was. The Pink Plumber came right out when I called, with the model of water heater in the truck ready to do the work. He also had a water treatment system in the truck which was OK I guess but I never called about a water treatment system, just the water heater. This was not an emergency and my wife and I don't do buy things on impulse. We review estimates, check references, try to understand what we are getting for our money. Nick was great. He checked everything and gave me info on the water heater we were considering. I then asked about the guarantee on the heater because of the quality of our water. That is when the upsell began. I understand upselling. It's a good tool for a company. However, because of the upselling of the water treatment system I got several prices for the same water heater. Why? Well, there was the single, standalone price, then the package price, then there was the Pink Plumber's discount club I could join for $7.95 a month, then there was a manager discount, etc. Here is what concerns me, if you can sell me the water heater at four different prices then I want the water heater at the lowest estimated price independent of packaging with another product, club discounts, or manager's discounts. A company should never quote a price for an item they are not willing to sell that item for without the gimmicks otherwise it is just that -- gimmicks. I believe the agreement between a company and an individual should benefit both. I don't expect them to install a water heater and lose money but I also don't expect to pay more than I have to for the same product just because I did not bundle it with another product or join someone's club. I called to have a plumber come out to fix a couple of problems I was having. I received a service call very shortly thereafter. My plumber. William, was on time, was very pleasant and EXCEPTIONALLY THOROUGH. After repairs were made, he stayed to ensure that toilets and tub line remained repaired. I was extremely satisfied with his work, his diligence and his lovely personality. I have already shared his card with a few of my friends and family.
