We had Anthony come out and give us an estimate to run a discharge line from the washer to the main sewer line. Pink Plummer was less than half the cost of other plumber. I had a shower faucet leak and I called Pink Plumber because of their reviews and especially that they give back by donations to Brest cancer. I called in the morning and by 1:00 I had Les C. arrive
He was very polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. He not only fixed my shower but he went beyond my expectations I recently purchased a dishwasher and had my shower handle worn out and broken

I called Tuesday Morning spoke with your representative who advised that someone would be at my house between 8am and 1200pm. I was called back and told that Nicholas Mellor would be the designated tech assigned to my Job with an ETA of 1 hour. Nicholas arrive promptly at 9:00 am and was with his assistant in training. Nicholas sat down with me and asked what was going on. I advised him of the issues I was having and he cam up with a game plan and explained the different pricing options. I selected the option that would work best for me to get the issue resolved. Nicholas performed a thorough cleansing of my main sewer line via the roof air vent and even went all the way to the city sewer. Nicholas then followed up with his sewer camera to confirm all obstructions were eliminated and allowed me to view the images inside the lines. Nicholas also showed me were the main outside access was located in my flower bed. Nicholas and his assistant ran the shower and the washing machine to confirm the lines did not plug and also observed the water coming into the y connector out to the city. I was very impressed with the latest technology this operations carry with them. After the issues were resolved to my satisfaction Nicholas advised that there is a 90 day guarantee as long as no new items are found in the line. I strongly recommend Nicholas for any future jobs. So we had a minor plumbing problem turn into a major one. It was determined that our 30/40 year old galvanized pipes needed to be completely replaced. They replumbed(if that's a word) our entire house in 2 days. Jason C put in 13 hours in the first day alone and even fixed some minor things that weren't part of the project. Marat S. came to our house when we had an emergency with our tub drain. He explained the pricing options patiently and did a fabulous job. In addition, he was very careful to not leave shoe marks on our carpets and cleaned up any debris. Even though this was an "emergency call" and we were not prepared to spend money on a plumbing situation, having a caring, conscientious technician made the experience a pleasant one. Had a major issue were I was losing gallons of gas to heat gallons of water that were leaking into the ground! I couldn’t find a plumber willing to help me. Called the Pink Plumber and

I had an issue with a leaking disposal that really caused me a headache. After 2 broken promises from a different provider ( in the same day) I
decided to call The Pink Plumber, as I see their ads daily, on our Local Tampa TV stations.
I called the office today, 5-15-18 and 2:55 PM to request service, and was given the explanation on how the service worked. I Agreed. 1 hour and 15 minutes later I had Nicholas-the Pink Plumber Tech standing at my door ready to tackle my issue. This was after the dispatch office called me to tell me that he was on his way. Needless to say, he fixed my issue, was clean and polite and friendly....all within 2 hrs of a phone call. I am now a Diamond Club Member.
I would recommend this company to ANYONE. Please share to all that will listen. I could not ask for anything better. Great job Pink Plumbers- keep after it! I only wish other service companies would take a lesson from you!

David Lankford was absolutely amazing. By far the best service man my husband and I have ever had to deal with. Honesty is the best policy and that is his number one target. We reached out to two other companies that never came through or even called us back. Played the waiting game from 11am to almost 6pm! David gave us an hour window and he was there in 20 minutes. And stayed for almost 2 hours! Even helped us with random questions regarding insurance claims and his opinions on the problems at our home. We will be using him now and in the future. As long as he is still In business and working he is our number one guy! Incredible service and extremely kind!! We are so impressed with him, this company and the fast turn around! Sean was awesome...I was pretty much going to go with Home Depot install but Sean convinced me it was not the way to go. Although it cost more than I had planned, Sean worked with me to help meet my budget. Most surprising to me was how quickly he pulled it all together. After I had called three companies on a Sunday morning without success trying to get help for a leaking water heater that had flooded my garage, they quickly sent a tech out. The person who answered the phone was polite, knowledgeable, and friendly.
Despite a lot of challenges, John never lost his temper or seemed frustrated. He tackled the job in a professional manner and used good problem-solving skills.
I would definitely use The Pink Plumber again and will refer my friends and family to them.
