The pipes in this 1976 home have been DIY'd what looks like multiple times in the past, so it was very reassuring to have someone who clearly knows what he's doing fix the problems that had left me ankle-deep in water.

Steven did an amazing job and was quick! My father traveled to come help me fix a leak in the bath tub. What seemed like an easy task ended up being daunting. My mixing valve was so old it didn’t want to come off. Being it was a Sunday I didn’t think I would get anyone out here, but I did! Pink Plumber actually made it with in the hour! TJ was very professional and knowledgeable about installing a gas line in our home. He quickly identified an existing line and was able to complete the job in a short time and without incident. Michael was pleasant and polite and crawled in an out of my kitchen cabinets like a little troll (LOL) He explained the problem to me and put his head down and fixed it! My first impression of this company was professionalism! The two ladies I spoke to in the office were friendly and attentive.
Then David! Great guy! I had a “plumber” in my home the day before that I asked to leave - David came in and could see my frustration. He quickly said, I want to help you, let me see what I can do. He gave me three options - he fixed my sinks, checked them three different times to make sure they weren’t leaking. Once was after I paid the reasonable bill. Not all plumbers are professional, VERY competent but still friendly. We talked about our dogs, our new furniture and he but his shoe covers on without me asking. Sean was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explained everything and talked to his supervisor for me to make the job price more reasonable. After another tech installed the water heater the next day. This technician was unable to properly attach the electric connection up to code. I called the company and they sent Sean out to properly connect the electric. His work was excellent. /I found water around my hot water heater called the Pink Plumber and they sent Carlos G. He was polite, helpful and made sure to explain everything to me. The work was done quickly and to code. Staff was friendly. Unfortunately when placing some fittings in the bathroom instead of using existing drywall holes they chose to make new ones. Not just two new ones but a bunch of them. Guess since they don't repair the walls after making the holes they didn't much care. I also had asked to keep my old hot water heater. In response and for seemingly no reason I could gather a hammer seemed to be used to break off the lower drain rendering it as scrap. This was after it had beenbremoved from the house and was just sitting outside.Maybe that's what they want, to use it for scrap. Carlos Gonzalez is a great plumber and an honest one. He fixed the shot-off valve to my home and replaced the frozen in place valves in the bathroom. He made every effort to do the job for the least cost and expense. He had to do the job in 2 days because the valves in the bathroom were from the 70s and had to get the replacement from a special distributor. He was punctual and very friendly. Very pleased with Pink Plumber service! Toilet problem on a Sunday morning. Surprised that a plumber could be here so soon! Rcvd an email pic of who was on the way. I was kept informed of progress to my house and Nicholas arrived earlier than expected (great!) Nicholas is very professional ,courteous and friendly! He showed me the problem and offered suggestions and options. He worked efficiently and before I knew it my new toilet was installed. Cannot ask for better service! The receptionist that I spoke to on the phone was helpful and courteous, fielding all questions I had and told me that she could get a plumber out to us the same day (having called in the afternoon, this was a huge boon). TJ arrived in a large PINK! van, shook my hand and got right to business. He was helpful, honest and respectful, helping us look for a clean-out and then sharing alternate routes when it wasn't found.
When TJ wasn't able to find the solution to our problems, he stayed to point out the issue to the city workers until they pin-pointed the issue and began their own work. He was well-worth the value, as he explained the issue in detail to everyone who asked him questions. Thomas S. 08/13/18 |
