I experienced great service from the Pink Plumber, specifically from Jason Calci. Jason was experienced, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. Best thing for me was that he put everything back the way it was before he started. I had a line replaced in the front of my house (from the meter to the house) and when he was done you could not even tell the grass had been dug up. Jason even used a tarp to put the dirt on - super fantastic - and they went under the sidewalk!! Great service, very clean, very competent, and Jason has a great personality for this type of customer service work! Thanks Jason for a job well done!! They came on a Saturday morning. Many others would not and i had tenants with small children and no water! The tech called when he arrived and then when he had diagnosed the issue and gave me options with different prices. Perfect! He called for payment when he was finished and that was it. Dominic, from Pink Plumber, came out the same day within hours of me calling in. We had a leak in the wall and it was an obvious emergency. He opened a hole in the drywall on the bottom and couldn't find the leak. Turning on the water showed it leaking from above and he was able to locate a split in the polybutylene hose which goes from that wall to the refrigerator and also located a shut off valve, IN THE WALL. The repair at this time was easy, clipping the hose, reattaching, and turning on the water. He also referred a restoration company that is due out later today. Great job, Dominic! My daughter recommended Pink Plumber, and we gave them a call when we had some issues with a garbage disposal unit, knowing that it likely needed to be replace. Richard Q was on time to our appointment, and did a great job in telling us about their services, and gave several options for replacement. I appreciated the thoroughnesss of his explanation, and while I though the quoted price was a few dollars higher than I thought it would be, I thought a few extra bucks was just right for the expertise and thoroughness displayed during the visit. On a Saturday morning I woke up to my double kitchen sinks full of water and what appeared to be black beans and rice and chicken. The smell was awful. I then saw that my bathroom sink also had stuff in it. U tried to run my disposal and the results were awful. Then I stupidly put in a drain cleaner.
Then water started flowing into everything with bubbles too!
I called The Pink Plumber and Michael saved the day!!
God bless him. I’m in a bottom condo unit and apparently someone above me had dumped rice and beans and chicken down their disposal which blocked up the main floor lines!!!
He removed almost 100 gallons of water flowing out of my kitchen sinks!!
