What should have been an easy job turned into a big job as our particular toilet connection for the water source was impossible to connect to the bidet seat. Pink Plumber rectified the problem in a timely manner and with minimal expense considering what was entailed. The next day Marat was back out with a new toilet that could accommodate the bidet and had it installed and functioning in just over an hour. We were very happy with their service and fair pricing. We had a sewer pipe backed up from roots growing into the pipe which flooded our downstairs about an inch. Richard was the technician that serviced our issue and quickly located the problem within only a few minutes of investigating after his arrival. He was promptly on time and very friendly. He showed us exactly where the roots were getting into the pipe and explained a few different ways of resolving the issue while giving us a few different options to resolve the issue. I was extremely frustrated due to the flooding but our technician's experience and professionalism during this time kept us calm knowing we were in good hands. I would 100% keep The Pink Plumber on my list of services to contact in the future should I ever need them again, and fully recommend them to anyone needing true professional plumbing services without feeling nickel and dimed over costs. Installing drainage and of course the main water line to the house got in the way. Husband shut the water off, debated if it was something he could tackle and in the meantime I made a call to “The Pink Plumber.” Jason was our miracle worker. Marat S. did an excellent job today fixing my clogged drains. I was extremely impressed by his professionalism and in-depth knowledge of his trade. He explained everything he was doing and showed me exactly what the problem was. He even gave me several options for how to fix it in a way I could afford. Recently had our 15 year old water heater shell out, with smoke rolling out of the bottom. Luckily our son discovered it before we had a fire break out. Called the Pink Plumber the next day and spoke to a nice gal who sent out a tech to assess the situation immediately. Felix arrived and looked things over and gave us a quote on new water heater and a softener my wife had been wanting since we moved in. He and another fellow came the next day and did a fine job, cleaning up after themselves and leaving clear instructions on care and maintenance. I would give this technician 100 stars if possible. Very intelligent, personable and socially adept. He let us konw what was going on from the very beginning. Found the problem, solved the problem and let us know what we missed while attempting to fix it before his visit. Robert handled a unique install of a whole house filter along with a non-salt, sealed softener, with both a pre and post filter, and he had to put it in a small closet with an existing water heater that needed to be moved. The job was complex, and required creativity along with self-confidence. Excellent job, and a work of art when he was done. Oh yeah, and then there was the RO system he put under a sink. Outstanding service from The Pink Plumber. My concern was heard and addressed on the same day and service professional Dominic D. was very quick, thorough and pleasant from start to finish. He never pressured me with a service agreement in fact, he gave me three options for repair. I will gladly refer this company to anyone needing a good plumber! The Pink Plumber is the only company I'll use and Richard Q. is the only technician I'll accept. Richard is reliable with a great work ethic. Richard walks me through the project from beginning to end explaining everything that is being done. If I have any questions he is always able to answer them in a professional manner. OMG! Richard is the epitome of what customer service should be!! Not only did he arrive on time, very courteous and just plain very pleasant to be around ! He worked extremely hard and answered every question I asked him and explained in full detail! He also didn’t mind me hanging around looking over his shoulder and asking all my silly questions!
