KC provided a great experience even if the news was not great. He explained everything in great detail and was honestly disappointed that he could not fix our problem given that the underlying issue was construction, not plumbing. That being said, he provided great advice on next steps, and was thorough and clear in explaining what the issue was . It was evident that he was very experienced and knowledgeable. After addressing this item, he installed a kitchen faucet which looks great, and then provided some additional tips unrelated to the issues we called him for. It is not easy learning you have a major issue that needs addressed, but it is comforting when it comes from someone who demonstrates a great level of professionalism and integrity. I called Reed and Sons after hours on Tuesday because my garbage disposal was leaking. They called me back first thing Wednesday morning and scheduled an appointment for Thursday. KC and Brandon arrived exactly at the promised time. They explained everything to me and even offered me different options to fix the problem. I was thankful for their honesty and their willingness to answer all my questions. I will definitely refer Reed and Sons to friends and family. I had several companies to come out and provide an estimate. KC came out to evaluate my plumbing issues. KC took the time to answer all of my concerns and questions. Contacted Reed & Son Plumbing Services sink trap leakage, faucet leakage etc. Scheduling was promptly and efficiently handled. Tech's sharp eye's also identified a internal leak on the Disposal. Decided to have have our 23 year old well pump replaced proactively. They came out, inspected our set up and gave me an estimate. I had expected we would set a day to do the replacement, but lo and behold, they were prepared to to do the job then! Once they we're done they came inside, turned the pump back on to check proper operation and discovered a mismatch between the pressure in the holding tank and the settings on the pump control pressure switch. It was a simple matter to correct, but resolved a fluctuating water pressure issue we've had since the holding tank was replaced. Very pleased with their work! Honest plumbers! How refreshing! My kitchen sink had a leak and I initially got a quote from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing who said I needed a new faucet to the tune of $750. I called Reed and Sons instead. They said I didn’t need a new faucet, just tightened some things and fixed my leak for way less. I definitely recommend Reed and Sons. I’ll call them first next time!
