ray w. has been amazing! simply the best. very transparent. helping me throughout this whole possess. and recommending what to do about the project its self. and my budget. he relay lessons to what i need and makes an informed recommendation. unlike the last company that was not only trying to get me to spend money on something i didn't want. but also didn't even need in any remote type of way. i cant tell you how awesome it is that he will answer my questions day or night via personal number not just make you leave a message and get back to you. being this type of business owner my self i truly appreciate when some one takes this type of time to stream line a big project like this. r-mech has a customer for life. not just for my home. but when i open my business and do a complete remodel they will be the ones i contact. and i want ray at the head of every project! James Rhea serviced our tankless hot water heater. He was very knowledgeable. We have had another technician out to solve our random cold water showers and they did not fix the problem. James listened to our clues and quickly found there were wasps nesting in our fresh air intake causing the heater to shut off during high flow demand. Jason did a wonderful job asking questions and listening to my responses and general feedback regarding what I was looking for in a new HVAC system. He spent time measuring and analyzing my house to ensure he came up with a proposal that synchronized my wants with what my house could support. I ended up purchasing one of the quoted systems and could not be happier with the installation. I would recommend R-Mech and Jason to anyone interested in quality customer service. R-Mech brought their A game on a whopper of a residential job! Our sewer main was extremely damaged. Don, Donovan, Adam, James and Andy got everything squared away. Ray, Westin and James also put in a new energy efficient tankless water heater system for our home and we love it.

James came out to install a water heater. I had purchased the wrong hot water heater and had to return the one he came with. We had gone five days without hot water and we believed that we would have to wait another five days once we returned the water heater and purchased the correct one. We purchased our 1st ever Dimby deal on a new TOTO toilet with installation. Jesse Fisher was our service plumber to install the new toilet. He was on time, extremely courteous and super efficient. He did a fantastic job removing the old toilet, diagnosing a previous installation shortcut which caused problems, and then meticulously installed the new one. He carefully checked his work to make sure there were no leaks and gave us a little tutorial on the flushing mechanism. He wore shoe covers and was very tidy in all his work and clean up. He then tested our water supply for free and gave us a flyer on a water purification system. He also looked at another plumbing issue we’ve had and gave us a quote for fixing that one. He left us with an service package to consider for future plumbing upkeep maintenance. This young man was very thorough, respectful and professional. R-Mech did my full install this summer. The system has been amazing with no issues. Chris came to the house for the first of two free services. After Kyle finished with furnace check up I asked him to check the humidifier. He found some problems with it fixed it, but after leaving the water would not shut off and he returned and with some help from another field service person they found the problem and it is running fine now. I want to thank Chris Marshment for doing a great job replacing the humidifiers on my furnaces today. His work was professional, thorough and he took the time to fully explain how they worked and when to expect to replace the filters. Chris cleaned up after the work was done and made sure he answered any questions I had. It wasn't an easy install, but he made sure the work was complete and done right. Kyle Duffey did an annual maintenance check on my furnace. From the moment he stepped in the front door, he was very professional and courteous. He took his time to thoroughly check out the furnace and humidifier - the only thing needing changing was the humidifier filter (I don't think it had ever been changed.) He answered my questions re whether or not I had set the right settings for winter on the furnace/humidifier and the handling of furnace filters. I am so glad I arranged to have an annual maintenance program set up with R-Mech.
