Jack was a polite technician. He was very thorough and tried to fix the filter housing which has a tendency to rip the filter. Jack answered our numerous questions with patience. He exhibited a fine working knowledge of the furnace and explained the various figures written on the check chart. Justin M came to my house to give an estimate on furnace/AC installation. He was very knowledgeable about what was needed for my house to be heated/cooled efficiently and was very thorough in evaluating the scope of work and collecting measurements. My hot water blow out the top and I had to turn the water off to the hole house. Don picked up my new tank from Lows and got me fixed up. R-Mech replaced our garbage disposal. We received a text to remind us of the service appointment the day before the installation and a phone call from the service technician the morning of the appointment. He arrived right on time and finished the job in 30 minutes. The price we were quoted was the price we paid. But because the unit that we ordered was on back-order, they installed an upgraded disposal at no extra charge. Don Paxton was so helpful. Explained at once the problem and it need to be fixed. Plumbing as wrong and i needed a new dishwasher He picked up at Lowe's for us and installed perfect. He did not make a mess and made sure the old one was taken out and hauled off and all paper was picked up. Explain how the dishwasher worker and ran a pre trial to make sure it was working correct. Very pleased with the service I've received. We had them out earlier this year for a AC checkup. We had a bad storm last week and apparently something in the AC was "fried". First, I was very happy when I made the inquiry for a good heating and cooling company, as saw my friend Jason was in the business. It was very clear from the beginning that your company was going to be taking care of our needs. We were very pleased with the technicians, service, advice, and followup. I LOVE to do business with companies who answer their phones with real people !! That was a plus. When everything was all done and cleaned up, it was like no one was there, except our house was comfortable, and we had a new reliable system, backed up by a company that has been around for 18 years. I called this morning in a panic. The receptionist was warm and helpful. Justin M. came out this afternoon and gave me the low-down on my 20 year old system, giving me advice on what it would take to make sure it lasted through the summer, then made sure I was set up with an appointment to discuss a new system as soon as possible. Street did a great job "tuning-up" my AC units. I have heat pumps, which many techs don't seem to really differentiate from "regular" units. Street took the time to check all of the components and explain what they should test at and what I should keep my eye on. In the past, other companies just blew through a checklist, that wasn't even made for heat pumps, and then blew out the there. Finally, I feel like I got a good value for a tune-up.
