I learned of R-Mech through work they did for my employer. They were quick and efficient so I called them when I was having issues with my bathroom toilet. I was blown away by Kyle's professionalism. First he was on time! He got along really well with my dog and my birds, which is really important to me. He was really friendly, took his time explaining things to me, and not in plumber lingo but words I could actually understand. Not only did he tell me what the issues were, he showed me so I knew it wasn't just BS! He told me what he would need to do to fix it, giving me different options and working with my budget. I know plumbing repair can be expensive, but I didn't feel like Kyle was trying to up sale or overcharge on what I needed, or push me into work I didn't need. Kyle is one of the best tradesmen I have ever seen. He was professional helping me figure out how to solve my issue which was needing to add a gas line for a dryer. When it came to helping me figure out the best toilets on the market to replace some small ones, Kyle was very knowledgeable. He made me a great deal on installing 2 of them. I contacted R Mech via phone on a Wednesday morning after trying to clear a clogged drain in our kitchen on Tuesday evening. The person I spoke with (Sherry?) was friendly and polite. She explained that they were booked for Wednesday during service hours, but could offer after-hours service at a higher rate or service on Thursday first thing for their normal rates. I requested service for Thursday and was scheduled for a service call between 9-11 AM. I received a call from Drew around 0850 to say he would be at our house in about 20 minutes. He arrived on time, explained what he would do and the pricing for the service call, then was able to get to work quickly on resolving the issue. Drew was polite and professional during his work. He was able to resolve the issue with our blocked drain, thoroughly cleaned up after himself and left everything (except the clogged drain) exactly as he found it. I've tried to be my own plumber in the past and this was a far better experience. Thanks very much to Drew and the rest of the R Mech staff for all of the help! Drew H. 07/21/16 |
