Jennings heating and cooling service technician Ricky Marez was very professional and knowledgeable. I was Greatful of the proffessional opinion he had let me know of a worn electrical contactor needing attention during a heating and cooling inspection. He took care of the problem quickly. I will have only Jennings heating and cooling company do service and install on my home. Tim Scott and Dustin Burns recently installed a tankless water heater in our home. They also had to remove an old fifty gallon water heater before installing the tankless unit. Tim arrived at 8:00 a.m. and the job was completed around 8:00 p.m. Wendy and I could not be happier with their efforts. They had to vent the tankless unit to the outside and they did a great job of doing so. They did an excellent job of removing the old tank, installing the new unit and cleaning up. Tim really knows his stuff and both Tim and Dustin were dedicated to getting the job done efficiently and correctly. They were a great team and we sincerely appreciate their fine work! Greg was punctual. He worked deligently throughout the day until the job was done and checked everything including the air in the water lines. Greg wore "booties" to protect our floors and cleaned up entirely when he was finished. He didn't seem to mind our occasional presence while he worked. Very quick reply. Great service. I dealt with Holly, Ben, and Greg. Holly was very helpful and quick in getting the techs out to my home. Ben came and did an estimate. When we decided to go ahead with the repair, Greg was sent. He was very nice and fixed the air within the time told. No hidden fees, and the air has been ice cold since the day he repaired it.
