ER plumbing Sevices was very timely and helpful in a stressful situation. Our HOA had been dealing with another plumber that was putting off work and dragging their feet. Three units in our building were effected by something wrong with the pipes and we were unable to do laundry for weeks.
ER plumbing was called and in the same day they came out, very aware of how dire the situation was for the homeowners. (myself and two others).
Joe was helpful and immediately went in to solve the problem. It took the other plumbers days to get to where Joe was able to access in a couple hours. He was professional and patient explaining the entire situation and quickly fixed the problem.
Our HOA paid for the service so I can't speak to that, I was just amazed how helpful and knowledgeable Joe was.
if I have any plumbing problems in the future I will be calling ER plumbing and requesting Joe. I can safely say that even our HOA has a new plumber on call with ER plumbing. Joe S. 06/17/18 |

I've used ER Plumbing Services twice and they are excellent! I've recommended them to several friends who also had great experiences. Leonard came out and assessed my water heater issue and recommended a replacement that fit our needs. He was very friendly and polite. I also had a great experience with Brennan a year ago when he came and fixed a cracked water line in our front yard. ER Plumbing is definitely my go to plummer. I really trust this company. ER Plumbing did a great job on a water leak in my home. Garrett arrived on time and was polite and courteous. He explained what he was doing, assessed the situation, and then gave me a quote. He repaired the damaged pipe quickly and cleaned up afterward. He even took the payment standing in the garage. Then, he was on his way. We had the pleasure of having xxxxx come to our house and repair our leak. He also spent time to educate us on how to properly use the new equipment he installed and also gave us tips and advice about smart planning to avoid water damage issues. He has also convinced us to purchase a new water heater - and we will be scheduling that service this summer and requesting him as our service provider! Such a great guy and very professional and knowledgeable. I will share that one other company I called never returned my call - and another man simply told me he didn't have the time and tried to tell me how to fix the leak over the phone - which was crazy. ER Plumbing Service (Nick H) had responded and accepted a service call to my residence to inspect my water heater. Nick explained to me what the problem was - which I had been observing the water leakage a few days earlier. He was professional and courteous in every aspect of his job performance. Leonard was very quick in diagnosing and resolving the leak I believed to exist. I loved the fact that he was able to tell me exactly what the job was going to cost before proceeding and made sure that everything was working properly before leaving. My hot water heater went out yesterday morning so I researched plumbing companies in my area and noticed that ER Plumbing had some good reviews. I called them at about 9 AM and the representative was very professional and helpful. She said she would get someone to visit to assess the situation by early afternoon.
Garrett arrived just after noon and assessed my situation and announced he could fix the problem but would need help. Within 30 minutes, Leonard arrived with a new water heater and to help. Both of these individuals were extremely professional and very fast. They kept me advised along the way and had the new heater installed by 3 PM.

Was lucky enough to call ER Plumbing after having the company my home warranty service dispatched basically do nothing, communicate nothing, and charge me $500. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable, talked through options, the likely issues, and options with me. He also stayed with me multiple hours (on his own time) to make sure the previous plumber would return to reset a toilet so I wouldn't have sewage spilling into my house. I met Brennan at a gas station while we were getting gas and had some plumbing questions pertaining to a leaky toilet and slow draining sink.
